Vapor Apparel was started in 2004
by two veterans of sublimation and
polyester fibers who had a vision to build
a company dedicated to sublimation
printing. Since then, the focus remains
on the sublimation marketplace as
the world continues to embrace digital
printing and customization. We are here

reuse our production facility waste, and have an aggressive recycling program

local beach as part of the SC Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management’s

For more than nine years, Vapor Apparel has manufactured quality products
engineered specifically for the digital sublimator. As part of our commitment to meet
the growing needs of our customers, we are excited to launch a new line of “Made in
the USA” garments that will be expanded over the coming years as demand increases
for domesticly produced apparel. We’re also creating a line of “Vapor Cut & Sew”
apparel, which offers skilled graphic designers the ability to provide customers fully
customized, “Made in the USA” products that help bring quality jobs back to the
