Show Rules
This is an official ARBA sanctioned show and will be governed by the latest
revised rules of the ARBA. Filing an entry implies acceptance of these rules. This
show will be a one day carrying cage double open / double youth show.
This show will be held in the Exposition Hall at the Solano County Fairgrounds.
Located at 900 Fairgrounds Dr. Vallejo, CA. 94589.
Entry fees for rabbits in all classes is $4.00 for one show, or $7.00 for both shows
All fur entries will be considered breed fur. Fur entries require an additional fee of $1.00 per rabbit, per show.
There will be no payback.
Once entry is made, the entry fee is due. Even if you are unable to attend, the
funds must be paid. Failure to pay the fees will result in you being banned from
SMRA and CRCS shows until the ballance is paid in full. Late fees may be
applied to youre ballance if an extended period of time passes.
Rabbit entries must be POSTMARKED BY JANUARY 8, 2015. E-mail Entries close

Check or Money orders must accompany mail in entrys. Make check payable to Sonoma
Marin Rabbit Association ( SMRA ). All entries must be paid in full before the start
of the show.
There will be a $35.00 fee for returned checks.
NO CHANGES IN VARIETY, SEX, OR CLASS WILL BE ALLOWED, UNLESS A
MISTAKE IS MADE BY THE SHOW SECRETARY, EAR # CHANGES CAN BE
DONE AT THE TABLE BEFORE JUDGING OF THE BREED COMMENCES.
Each exhibitor must use a separate entry form. If additional entry forms are
needed, please photo copy the enclosed form or use a 8-1/2” X 11” sheet of
paper with all of the information as listed on the original form.
Judging begins promptly at 8:30am. Doors will open at 7:00am on the morning of the show.
Please take note that there will no building access on the evening before the show.
Only rabbits entered in the show will be allowed in the showroom. ( Except raffle rabbits )
No dogs will be allowed in the showroom other than service dogs.
The show committee reserves the right to reject any entry. The show committee
shall decide answers to all questions, which are not covered by these specific
rules. All parties shall abide by these decisions.
Awards must be picked up at the day of the show. Legs are mailed withen 30
days of the show.
All exhibitors are responsible in getting their animals to and from the show
tables. A class will not be recalled for missing rabbits. Absolutely no refund
of entry fees will be made.
All animals are entered at the owner’s own risk. Every precaution possible
will be taken to safeguard the animals and to minimize hazards, losses and
mistakes in the showroom. Show personnel, judges and carriers are in no way
responsible for the death or injury to any animal. The SMRA will not be
responsible for loss in case of fire, accident or any act to nature or mankind.
There will be NO CAMPING, NO ALCOHOL on the premises and NO SMOKING in
the building or within 10 feet of the doorways.
Please support the Western American Chinchilla Rabbit
Club as they prepare to host the American Chinchilla
Nationals at the West Coast Classic by buying tickets for
the 50/50 raffle, drawing to be held later in the day. The
winner will receive 50% of the proceeds and the other
50% will go to the WACRC to help offset the cost of
hosting Nationals. Thickets are $1.00ea. $5.00 for 6, or
$10.00 for 12.

child(ren) will be the responsibility of the adult guardian.
