SURFACE GRINDING
The professional’s choice for concrete grinding, surface preparation, and coating removal.
U.S. Saws’ shrouds are made with dual density, high wear,
non-marking polyurethane. They are manufactured with a
steel wear stiffening band molded into the perimeter
of the shroud for extra-long life and durability.
The convertible option for the shround allows the
operater to grind directly against a vertical surface.
A support flange allows the shroud to flex and keep a tight
seal over uneven surfaces while preventing the cup wheel
from making contact with the shroud.
Precision machined adapter nuts provide correct
spacing of the cup wheel and
allow for easy cup wheel changes.
Precision machined aluminum mounting
hardware secures the shroud to the grinder.

DUST BUGGY JOINT CLEANOUT SAW
The Dust Buggy is a portable, lightweight joint
cleanout saw that is perfect for indoor joint work.
A powerful Metabo 24-230 grinder is mounted in
a steel chassis. It has an up-cut blade rotation to
clean debris out of the joint. It has
adjustable depth control that provides consistent
cut depth. The new polyurethane wheels help the
Dust Buggy track perfectly straight.
With the Tiger Tooth blades, this saw will

JS-130 JOINT CLEANOUT SAW
This 13HP JS-130 Joint Saw is the most powerful saw of its kind. It is designed specifically for
large joint repair and joint cleanout applications. It has the ability to hold multiple blades,
stacked for joint rebuilding projects or channel cutting. The up-cut blade rotation ejects
debris out of the joint as the saw moves forward. The swing arm mounted blade guard
maintains contact with the surface to provide efficient dust collection.

CC-100 CRACK CHASING SAW

CUT-VAC CRACK CHASING SAWS

U.S. SAWS’ professional grade surface preparation equipment line includes dust-free tools and accessories for grinding, cleaning and polishing concrete, cutting and
widening joints, and other joint cleanout applications and crack chasing equipment. The products are designed for the professional contractor who focuses on
concrete repair and surface preparation where time and dust control are critical.
U.S. SAWS offers a “Satisfaction Guaranteed” policy on all products sold. “Quality, No Excuses!”
Limited Equipment Warranty
U.S. SAWS warrants each new unit to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of factory shipment.
This warranty does not obligate U.S. SAWS to bear any transportation charges or personnel time in connection with the replacement or repair of defective parts.
This warranty does not obligate U.S. SAWS to bear any expense for travel time or for personnel in connection with service calls.
Accessories or equipment furnished and installed on the product by U.S. SAWS but manufactured by others shall carry the accessory manufacturer’s own warranty.
U.S. SAWS will not, in any event, be liable to the user for any consequential damages arising out of the sale for the loss of use, loss of profits or revenue, interest,
lost goodwill or work stoppage.

Return of merchandise for credit or exchange must be done within 90 days of receipt. Authorized U.S. SAWS factory personnel must approve all returns, at
which time an RA# (Return Authorization) will be issued.
A copy of the RA will then be faxed to the customer to use as a packing list and to describe any defects.
Obsolete parts or special orders will not be accepted for return.
Package MUST include a copy of the RA. Merchandise shall be returned freight prepaid unless approved otherwise.
All returns NOT accompanied by an RA# will be refused.
Upon arrival, all items will be evaluated for credit. If an item is deemed defective, a credit will be issued toward any replacement order.
Each return will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Any claims of shortage, damage, defects or wrong items must be submitted to U.S. SAWS within 30 days of receipt.
Electric motors and gas engines are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
These items should be sent to their respective service centers for inspection, repair or replacement when deemed necessary.
The customer must submit a claim to the carrier when items are received damaged.
