Send two pictures of each defective ball (1 picture of the serial number, 1 picture of the defect/crack) to Linds via
e-mail. Once photos are received and warranty is verified the defective balls will be replaced and customer only pays
for the shipping of the replacement ball. If the replacement ball cracks and it is in the original warranty time frame,
they will be replaced until the original warranty time is up. The only cost to customer is the freight charge on the
replacement ball.
