Cette nouvelle technologie de l’information permet à l’individu l’acquisition de la connaissance en lui facilitant son accès. A cet égard, les pays du monde entier se trouvent obligés de se connecter à ce réseau Internet dans tous les secteurs de l’activité: scientifique, professionnel, culturel, et loisirs, dans le but de mieux maîtriser la technique. l’Algérie est parmi les pays du monde qui sont connectés à Internet, en permettant aux particuliers l’ouverture de ces espaces qui sont les cybercafés afin de permettre à l’algérien de naviguer dans ce cybermonde. C’est ce point de vue que nous voulions aborder, et que nous avons traité à travers 4 chapitres. Après avoir exposé le cadre méthodologique de l’étude. Nous avons défini dans le second chapitre le concept cybercafé, objectifs et composants. Dans le troisième chapitre, nous avons cerné le rôle des cybercafés dans le développement scientifique et culturel au sein de la société , . Le quatrième et dernier chapitre a couvert toute notre enquête avec tous ces résultats. Nous avons conclu que l’Internet à travers les cybercafés est un outil et instrument important et efficace pour assurer la concrétisation du développement scientifique et culturel dans cette nouvelle ère. Intégrer la société de l’information ne peut être réalisable que par une politique nationale de l’information et la réunion des efforts pour vaincre l’analphabétisme de l’information et du computer et facilitant l’accès à l’information. Abstract The internet, the largest communication network, is playing a very important role in our society. This new technology in the field of communication allows man to have greater access to information now days, all the countries find it necessary to be connected to this international network in all sectors of activity: scientific, professional, cultural and amusement. like many other countries, Algeria is connected to the Net, which enables the private sector to invest in this domain. In fact, the opening of the cyber-cafes has allowed the Algerian to surf on the Web. It’s this point of view we want to deal which and we have treated it trough 4 chapters. After having spoken about the methodological aspect of the study, we have defined the concept, goals and components of cyber-cafe, in the second chapter. The third chapter concerns the role of cyber-cafes in the scientific and cultural development within society. The fourth and last chapter coves our survey and its results. We conclude that, the Internet via cyber-cafes is an important means, instrument to fulfill the scientific and cultural development. this can be possible only if we make efforts and fight illiteracy concerning information and computing, this would facilitate access to knowledge.
