MUSIC CITY RACEWAY AND BEECH BEND RACEWAY
ANNUAL AWARDS BANQUET AT THE CORVETTE MUSEUM IN BOWLING GREEN, KY
You, your family and friends are cordially invited to the Annual Awards Banquet for Music City
Raceway and Beech Bend Raceway on Saturday, January 31, 2015. We will honor the champions and
special award winners from each track. Come enjoy a tour of the Corvette Museum, a great dinner, the
year in pictures review and awards presentations! Points fund checks will be awarded.
The evening begins at 5 PM with an optional tour of the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green, Kentucky
– just take Exit 28 from I-65. The museum tour is from 5 to 6 PM and only $4 per person (a $6 savings)
for those attending the banquet. The banquet follows at 6 PM and the facilities at the Corvette Museum
feature a cash bar. You will be comfortable and welcome in casual dress or formal attire.
Dinner will be served at 6:30 PM.
The bar will remain open throughout
the evening. Outside food or drinks
are not permitted in the building. If
you would like to stay overnight in
Bowling Green, there are over 20
hotels within five miles of the Corvette Museum – and there is a list on both track websites.
The festivities will include the crowning of the 2014 track champions for Music City Raceway and
Beech Bend Raceway and special racer awards (to be determined by the racers and fans), sponsor
recognitions, and door prize drawings.
Voting ballots for the special racer awards are included with this letter. One vote per person. Return all
ticket requests and voting ballots by Saturday, January 24th. Please note on the attached ticket request
form the number of tickets you want for the Banquet (tickets are $25.00 each) and the number of
museum tickets you want and return your ticket request and check or money order by January 24, 2015
to the following address: Beech Bend Raceway, 798 Beech Bend Park Road, Bowling Green, KY 42101.
Banquet tickets will not be sold at the door.
