Please note that we will accept one payment only for the table of 8 and require the names of the people who will be included at
your table with your payment and ticket order form. To use sponsorship tickets in conjunction with purchase of a table, you must
buy a table of 8 for $1,300 and add your sponsorship tickets to form a table of 10. Please note that we will accept one payment in
full only and require the names of people at your table. Please specify a table of 10.




