Eligibility B.Ed in General Education / B.Ed in Special Education. 4. Duration of the Programme PGPDSE is of 1 year. 5. Medium of Instruction The medium of instruction is both Tamil and English. 6. In-take A total number of seats is 500. 40 seats in a specialisation are allotted for each Programme Study Centre. 7. Programme Fee The programme fee is Rs. 9,500/- for the entire programme. The total fee is to be paid at the time of admission in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Tamil Nadu Open University”, payable at Chennai. Administration Procedure Selection for admission and allotment of Study Centres will be made through Admission Counselling based on the percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in B.Ed General Education / B.Ed Special Education.
