The long go is WPRA/IBRA Approved! Schedule: • • • 8-10 am –Exhibitions. $5 each. When we are sold out we are sold out. No add’l will be added in. 10:30 am – Barrel Race starts. Full Western Dress Code enforced. Fees: 1/$82 ($2 IBRA, $65 Entry fee 70% payout, $15 Processing fee). 100% Payback of Added Money. 80% Payback on Sidepots. You may pre-enter/ purchase time only’s thru Monday January 19th via credit card by calling Carol Crowder, 720.530.4159. • Or enter on site. No late fees – CASH ONLY ON SITE! Note: Long go will begin at 10:30 am sharp! $1,000 ADDED and will pay on a 4D format ½ second splits. The TOP 4 of the overall race plus the TOP 2 in the 2D/3D/4D will be invited back to run in the performance that night! No Additional Entry fee! Short round payout will be: $1,000 Guaranteed to the 1D 4 fastest runs: $400, $300, $200, $100. Additionally, there will be one place paid in the 2D, 3D, 4D. Amounts paid to the 2D, 3D, 4D will be determined based on the number of entries. ($9 of initial entry will go to short round payout) Pot to be paid out 50%/30%/20%. With 51 or more entries, the $1,000 added money and pot money will be combined and paid in the following percentages 1D(60%), 2D(18%), 3D(15%), 4D(7%). 2015 GROUND RULES – LEXINGTON PRS BARREL RACE Below are the 2015 Ground Rules for today’s barrel race. Please read and ensure you understand them. If you have any questions, please ask the office. IBRA rules will apply. (Visit www.ibra.us for complete rulebook) With the exception of the ½ second splits; this event is ½, ½, ½. • • • • • • • • • • • • CASH ONLY ON SITE. NO EXCEPTIONS. All contestants who receive a payout MUST complete a W9 prior to receiving your winnings. No exceptions! Full Western Dress Required for both Go Rounds Entry fees are $67 ($2 to IBRA, 70% payout) plus a processing fee of $15 for each entry; total $82. Of the 70% payout, 80% will be paid out in the Long Go with the remaining to be paid out in the Short Go. Hit barrels in either go round will result in a NT. Absolutely no additional horses allowed in alley way of either go round. Absolutely no circling, doing so will result in DQ! Must maintain forward motion. Poor Sportsmanship or animal abuse will NOT be tolerated under any circumstances. Stalls available on site. Secure/pay on site. All decisions of the PRS and IBRA office are final. Long Go: • IBRA payout structure will be utilized. • This event will be run as an Open 4D on ½ second splits $1,000 Added. • Short Go: Performance starts at 7:30 pm. 4 Fastest times overall plus the two fastest from the 2D, 3D, & 4D; for a total of 10 to comeback in the short round in the performance Saturday evening. • The run order of the short round will be slowest to fastest on your qualifying time. • Short round contestants will be given 60 seconds to begin their run; failure to do so will result in DQ; television time limits apply. • Short round payout will be: $1,000 Guaranteed to the 1D 4 fastest runs: $400, $300, $200, $100.
