Fall Honors List
BRAINERD, Minn. (January
13, 2015) - Central Lakes College, Brainerd and Staples, has
announced its 2014 fall semester
honors list.
The President’s List includes
249 students who earned a
grade-point average of 3.75 to 4.0
while enrolled for at least 12
credits.
The Dean’s list includes 263
students who earned a gradepoint average of 3.25 to 3.74.
The released honors list does
not include students who have
requested no release of information.
Central Lakes College is a
comprehensive community and
technical college in the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities System. CLC serves approximately 6,000 students annually
in liberal arts and career education programs.

Lintgen stated that they are continuing to work on closing on the

Project
Lintgen stated that the Downtown
Development Committee has scheduled a meeting for January 12, 2015
at 4 pm at the Granite Community
Bank to discuss the downtown project and streetscaping. He stated that
City Council, EDA, Planning
Commission, and the Chamber of
Commerce are all invited to attend to
help establish priorities for the redevelopment of downtown which will
ultimately be presented as a recommendation for the City Council to
adopt.
C. Safe Routes to Schools Grant
Lintgen stated that he and
Hoeschen are finishing up the applications to both the state and federal
Safe Routes to School grants.

by Chair Schnettler in the Board
Room at Rocori District Office at 6:33
p.m.

Superintendent Staska presented
his monthly report to the board.
Austreng reported that the Safe
Routes to School Committee did not
meet and he was unable to attend
the Senior Center Board meeting.
Demuth reported that the Facility and Grounds Committee, Community Education Committee, Curriculum Committee, and the Technology
Committee did not meet.
Habben reported that the Early
Childhood Advisory Council will
meet Friday, December 19, 2014.
She was not able to attend the Response to Intervention Committee
and the Staff Development Committee meetings.
