Hills Chapter President of the Year Purpose The Chapter President of the Year award was created by the 2011 – 2012 SNPhA Executive Board and sponsored by the NPhA Foundation in order to recognize extraordinary leadership amongst its chapters. With this purpose in mind, chapter presidents across its five regions will continue to go above and beyond the core missions of SNPhA. In doing so, SNPhA hopes to spotlight one star whose accomplishments for SNPhA and the pharmacy profession have shown bright throughout the academic year. Eligibility Criteria 1. Good Academic Standing (i.e. a minimum cumulative grade point average > 3.0 on 4.0 scale) 2. Chapter participation in all initiatives (i.e. Remember The Ribbon, Diabetes, Operation Immunization, etc) 3. Participation in at least one CAPS event (not including any regional conference events) 4. Participation in at least 90% of regional conference calls 5. Meets at least 90% of report(s) deadlines Nomination Packet Requirements 1. Please attach a 1-2 page recommendation letter that answers the question: “Why should (said nominee) be recognized as this year’s Chapter President of the Year?” 2.
