Title: “Cyber Talent Management”
A major part of the human aspect of cyber is talent management. At this point, cyber cannot exist
without the humans who conceptualize, create, and execute cyber effects. The US Government is
particularly sensitive to the need for competent and motivated cyber talent. This presentation talks
about how the US Government sees the need for cyber talent, and some of the approaches that they
are using to recruit, train, educate, and retain cyber talent.
0905 - 1005 Panel 1: Human Dimensions in Cyber-Cloud Forensics
Moderator:
Dr. Alenka Brown, President and Chief Scientist, McClure, Brown &
Associates LLC, Neuro Cyber
Panelists:
• Mr. Steve McIntosh, Insider Threat Program Coordinator, Office of Security,
Defense Intelligence Agency, Insider Threat Detection and Response
•
•
Ms. Jacquelyn Schneider, Ph.D. Candidate, Political Science at George Washington
University. Risk and Cyber Operations: Utilizing Risk Proclivity Measures to Explain
Cyber Behaviors
Mr. Greg Virgin, President and CEO, RedJack, LLC
1005 - 1030 Break (Coffee and Tea)

Title: Hardening the HUMAN Element℠
Cloud computing is seen as inherently less secure than traditional architectures, and is
therefore receiving considerable attention to (and spending on) technological approaches to
data security. However "most cyber security ... don’t include concrete measures to address the
human element" for cloud cyber defense. What is the significance of the human impact?
1140 - 1240 Panel 2: Understanding of Human Cloud Forensics within a Risk
Management Framework
Moderator: Dr. Merrick S. Watchorn, President, The Watchorn Innovation Group, Inc.
(TWIGI)
Panelists:
• Mr. Cesar Quinones, Chief Executive Officer, QSec, LLC
• Mr. John Marshall, Chief Executive Officer, Gemini II Technologies
1240 - 1400 Lunch (Cafeteria)
1400 - 1515 Panel 3: Use Case: Cyber-Cloud Human Forensics Demonstration
This demonstration gives insight to the use of Human Sciences for cyber-cloud forensics.

Title: Are you ready to play poker in the cloud?
0905 - 1005 Panel 4: The front-end and back-end of the forensics science – the human
This panel shall seek to explore different aspects of the "human element" in forensics science; the
"human element" for which the standards, the specifications, or the tools are developed – a human
playing different roles in a cloud ecosystem, and the "human element" or human behind the
development of the standards, specifications, and tools.
