LCPD15OFF001901- Possession of a Controlled Substance w/o a Prescription, Possession of Marijuana Not
More Than 20 Grams & Tampering With Evidence
Location: US 90 @ McCray Avenue
Arrested: Vanessa Raquel Crumitie (B/F- 04/22/1989)
On Monday, January 19th at 11:01 pm, Officer McCloud made contact with a suspicious vehicle at US 90 and
McCray Avenue. Contact was made with Vanessa Crumitie who was a passenger in the vehicle. A search of
the vehicle revealed two (2) marijuana cigarettes where Ms. Crumitie was sitting. A search of Ms. Crumitie’
person revealed a small baggie of crushed up pills that she concealed inside her pants. Crumitie was arrested,
transported and booked into the Columbia County Detention Center with an $11,000 bond.
LCPD15OFF001790 - Misdemeanor Warrant Arrest
Location: Baya Ave / Ermine St.
Arrested: Tyler N. Jones B/M/20 DOB 6/22/1994
On 1/18/2015 at 9:28 pm, Officers made contact with Tyler Jones near the intersection of SE Baya Ave. and SE
Ermine St. It was discovered that Mr. Jones had an active misdemeanor warrant for his arrest. Upon receiving
confirmation on the warrant, Mr. Jones was arrested and transported to the Columbia County Detention
Facility for booking.
LCPD15OFF001794 - Retail Grand Theft
Location: Wal-Mart 2767 W. Hwy US 90.
Suspect: Megan D. English W/F/21 – DOB 10-28-1993
Officers responded to Walmart in reference to a report of a shoplifting. An investigation was conducted and
revealed that the suspect was attempting to steal $571.19 worth of merchandise from the store. She was
arrested and transported to CCJ for booking.

LCPD15OFF001740 / Felony Warrant Arrest / Possession of Cocaine with intent to sell, Possession of less than
20 grams of Cannabis, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Giving a False Name to LEO,
Location: 246 SE Camp St. Lake City Fl.
Suspect: Keevan Cordell Young B/M/29 – DOB 11/22/1985
On 1-17-2015 at 10:48 pm, Officer’s were dispatched to 246 SE Camp St. in reference to the report of a suspicious
activity. Upon arrival Officer’s observed a vehicle from which subjects immediately fled on foot. Officer’s made
contact with one of the subjects. Upon attempting to identify the subject he provided a false name to officers.
While investigating the scene narcotics were discovered around and in the vehicle from which the subjects fled.
Further investigation revealed that the subject with whom contact had been made, had given officer’s a false
name. The suspect was identified as Keevan Young. A check revealed that Mr. Young had an active felony warrant
for his arrest for possession and sale of narcotics. Mr. Young was arrested and transported to the Columbia
County Detention Facility for booking.
LCPD15OFF001750 / DUI with Property Damage
Location: US 90 / Florida Gateway Blvd.
Suspect: Randy Jay Frasier W/M/23 - DOB 11/23/1991
On 1-18-2015 at 1:22 AM, Officer’s responded to the intersection of West HWY US 90 and Florida Gateway Blvd.
in reference to a traffic crash involving four vehicles. During the course of the traffic crash investigation the driver
of the vehicle that was at fault for the crash displayed indicators which suggested that he was possibly impaired,
After the traffic crash investigation was complete, a separate DUI investigation was initiated that resulted led to
the arrest of the driver of vehicle. The suspect provided two samples of breath (.232 & .221 grams of alcohol per
210 liters of breath). The suspect was cited for careless driving and DUI and was transported to the Columbia
County Detention Facility for booking.
LCPD15OFF001698 / Grand Theft
Location: Big Lots 2311 W. Hwy US 90 Lake City, Fl
Suspect: Christine Marie Davich W/F/32 – DOB 11-26-1982
On 1-17-2015 at 4:59 pm, Officer’s responded to Big Lots in reference to an employee related theft. An
investigation revealed that an employee of the business had made several fraudulent returns on different

occasions to the store and then pocketed the money. The total amount of the fraudulent transactions was
$1119.21. As a result of the investigation the suspect was arrested and transported to the Columbia County
Detention Facility for booking.
LCPD15OFF001597 / Retail Theft
Location: Wal-Mart 2767 US 90 W. Lake City Fl.
Suspect: Clemons Glenn Thomas W/M/50 – DOB 8-16-1964
On 01-12-15 Officer’s responded to 2767 W US Hwy 90 in reference to a shoplifting. Upon arrival contact was
made with a Walmart Loss Prevention employee who stated that the suspect was observed selecting
merchandise and then attempting to leave the store without attempting to pay for the items. The suspect was
detained outside of the general merchandise exit of Walmart. The total amount stolen was valued at $63.97.
The suspect, Clemons Thomas, was arrested and transported to CCJ for booking.
LCPD15OFF001595 / Trespassing
Location: Wal-Mart 2767 US 90 W. Lake City Fl.
Suspect: Glenda Darnell Jackson B/F/53 – DOB 07-18-1961
Officer’s responded to Wal Mart after an employee observed a subject who was on the premises that had
been trespassed from the business. The subject (Glenda Jackson) was located on the premises and was
arrested and transported to the Columbia County Detention Facility for booking.

Location: Franklin Street & Davis Avenue
Arrested: Roshonda Lynne Timmons (B/F- 12/15/1991)
On Thursday, January 15th at 10:48 pm, Officer McCloud initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for driving without
headlights on. The driver, Roshonda Timmons license was suspended. Timmons was arrested, transported and
booked into the Columbia County Detention Center with a $1,000 bond.

LCPD15OFF001536- Warrant Arrest
Location: Shands at Lake Shore 368 NE Franklin Street
Arrested: Michael Anthony Jones (B/M- 11/15/1958)
On Friday, January 16th at 2:24 am, Officer McCloud checked out with a suspicious person at Shands at Lake
Shore. A warrants check revealed that Michael Jones had an outstanding warrant out of Columbia County.
Jones was arrested, transported and booked into the Columbia County Detention Center with no bond.
