Eligibility:
No on deck meet registration will be permitted. Swimmers must be within
the listed age brackets as of January 24, 2015.
Entry Period:
Entry acceptance period begins at 8:00 am, Monday, December 29, 2014.
NO EARLY ENTRIES PLEASE. Early entries will not be accepted. Hytek
Meet Events file are available for download on TEAM Eugene website
(www.teameugene.org). Final entry deadline is 8:00 am, Monday, January 12,
2015. E-mail entries to Sarah Braziel at [email protected].
Entry Limit:
Each swimmer will be allowed to swim no more than three (3) individual events
per day, and no more than one (1) relay per day.
Entry Fees:
$12.00 facility surcharge per swimmer
$3.00 OSI surcharge per swimmer
$3.00 individual event fee
$10.00 relay event fee
Entry fees must accompany your master entry form. Make checks payable to:
TEAM Eugene Aquatics. No entry fee refund will be made for scratched
events.

Entries:
All events are TIMED FINALS. Submit YARD TIMES only for seeding.
NT’s are acceptable. Entries using HY-Tek software are preferred. Please
include HY-Tek meet entries and meet entry fees summary reports. If
HY-Tek is not used, please complete the master entry form using yard
times seeding. Be sure to list USA Swimming membership numbers for
each swimmer who is USA Swimming registered.
The 500 freestyle may be swum fastest to slowest. All other events will be
swum as outlined in the Meet Information/Heat Sheet. All 500 swimmers are
required to supply their own timers.
Check-In:
All events will be pre-seeded.
No Coach Present:
For unattached swimmers, or swimmers whose coach is not attending the meet,
it is the swimmers responsibility to arrange for a certified coach to be
responsible for the swimmer. This must be done BEFORE the swimmer may
enter the water for warm-ups or competition. Please see the Meet Director or
Meet Referee if assistance is needed upon arrival at the meet.
Facility:
Indoor, 25 yard pool with six, 7 foot lanes and Colorado automatic timing
system. Starting blocks at the deep end of the pool (6 feet). Shallow end 3 ½
feet. The competition course has not been certified in accordance with
104.2.2(c)4. Facility has accessibility for adaptive swimmers. Vehicle parking
is available at Sheldon Community Center. Please use adjacent lot at Sheldon
High School for RV parking.
Restrictions:
Tobacco products of any kind, alcoholic beverages and glass containers are not allowed
in the swimming venue. NO SHAVING. Use of audio or visual recording devices,
including a cell phone, is not permitted in changing areas, rest rooms or locker rooms.
Except where venue facilities require otherwise, changing into or out of swimsuits other
than in locker rooms or other designated areas is prohibited.
Rules:
Current USA Swimming, Inc. and Oregon Swimming, Inc. rules will govern this
meet.
Bullpen:
A bullpen will be provided for all 8 and Under swimmers. All other swimmers
shall report directly to their assigned lanes.
Safety:
Current Oregon Swimming Safety Guidelines and Warm-up Procedures will be
in effect and strictly enforced.

Medals 1st – 3rd
Ribbons 4th – 6th
Ribbons 1st – 6th
High point award for top swimmer in each age group (boys and girls).
Team awards 1-3
Scoring:
Individual events: 7-5-4-3-2-1
Relay events: 14-10-8-6-4-2
No crossover points will be allowed.
Meeting:
Coaches meeting will be held 15 minutes prior to the start of the meet. Officials
meeting will be held 45 minutes prior to the start of the meet. Meeting will be
held each day.
Officials:
We always appreciate the help of certified officials from other clubs. If
you will be attending this meet, please notify the Meet Referee,
Timers:
Each team will be given timing assignments based on number of swimmers.
Sign-ups will be posted at the start end of the pool. 500 Freestyle required
to supply their own lane timers and counters. The meet director will
contact you 1 week prior to the meet with the lane timing slots that your
team is responsible for. This form will need to be filled out and sent back to
the meet director by Tuesday, January 20, 2015.
Concessions:
Concessions will be available.
Hospitality:
Hospitality will be provided to all coaches and officials.
