Ab Lab
Strengthen and tone your abdominal
and back muscles in this 30-minute
class.
Aqua Jog
Emphasis on increasing tone,
flexibility, strength and stamina.
Barre
Barre class incorporates the best of
Pilates, Yoga, corrective exercises
and classical ballet technique. It
is incredibly effective in toning,
strengthening and conditioning the
entire body.
Boot Camp
Participants enjoy innovative,
heart-pounding fitness training
as they tackle obstacle courses
and execute a variety of exercises
including squat thrusts, lunges,
burpees and more.
Boot Camp TRX
Heart-pounding fitness training
just like our traditional boot camp
incorporating our TRX suspension
system. TRX was devised by Navy
Seals for the ultimate workout
and that is exactly what this class
delivers.
Cardio Combat
This class works around our
Queenax Bridge Play Station.
Bag work, jump rope, focus pads
and conditioning drills are used
to prepare you for 1-on-1 contact
training. You’ll also be running on
the treadmills to make for a fast
getaway.
Cardio Kickboxing
This class is more of a freestyle
part-dance, part-kickboxing,
part-core class that will have you
moving and grooving and using
muscles you never knew you had.
ADVANCED
Cardio Tennis
This class combines some
skill aspects of tennis with
cardiovascular exercise to deliver a
high energy, full body workout.
Cycle-ology
Cycle-ology 90
Learn and master the physical
and psychological components of
cycling in this 60-minute class.
Hills, Intervals & Sprinting are all
incorporated into this class. Cycleology 90 adds 30 minutes to your
workout.
Detox Hot Yoga*
Repeating 24 postures and holding
others makes this class unique.
It gives you the ability to move
deeper with greater understanding.
Modalities such as Asthanga,
Iyengar, Kripalu and Anusara are
infused in this practice.
Lean & Mean
Contour your body with resistance
training exercises that utilize
dumbbells, body bars, medicine balls,
Xertubing and more to increase
strength, flexibility and balance.
Masters Swim
The Masters Swim Team is the
perfect place to rekindle your
competitive spirit, try a new sport or
simply stay in shape.
Pilates Mat
Postural alignment and strength
exercises tone and stretch the
spine, hips, abs and back. Focus
is on breath, joint extension and
balance.
Pilates Reformer
The Pilates studio, dedicated
exclusively to reformer training,
features six reformers, Cadillac and
stability chair pieces, all of which are
incorporated to provide a superior
training experience. 6-week classes
offer members a tailored and
progressive approach to developing
core strength and long, lean muscles,
with a low student-to-teacher ratio.

The Playground
This unique class turns CP-AC
Fitness into your playground. After
starting in the fitness studio, be
prepared to move around the gym
utilizing a variety of equipment for
the ultimate total body workout.
Playgrounds aren’t just for kids.
Restorative Yoga
Regular practices of Restorative
yoga can aid in improving sleep
patterns, lowering glucose and
cortisol levels, and stress responses,
increasing metabolism and building
overall good health. Melt away
the stresses of the work week by
relaxing into supportive poses, held
for 5-20 minutes for maximum
relaxation.
Road Master
An indoor cycling class with a
technical edge. Instructors coach you
through heart rate training, cycling
techniques and mind body concepts
that will take your workout to the
next level. The drills and exercises
are essentially the same as those
used by competitive cyclists.
Road Warrior
This cycle class will help you
transition to the road with out of
saddle sprints and climbs so you’ll
be able to stay with the pack.
Smoked!
This full-body Queenax-based class
employs a variety of movements
to burn more calories and release
more endorphins than other types
of exercises. Participants can expect
cardio and resistance intervals, body
weight and additional resistance
to increase their strength, speed,
power, endurance, flexibility and
stability.
Strictly Strength
Get ready to sculpt your body with a
high-intensity workout incorporating
fat-burning, strength training and
anaerobic intervals using dumbbells,
barbells and the step.
Tabata
Challenge your limits with cardio
and resistance intervals using your
own body weight. Sweat, have fun
and learn about a workout that you
can take with you anywhere.

Training Series
Kick your training up a notch with
our Specialty Training classes,
designed to keep your workout
fresh, produce results and keep
you excited about coming to the
gym. These small group classes —
which feature intensive instruction
in the areas of kettlebells, boxing,
plyometrics and barbell movements,
among others — are offered in a
6-week progressive format and
are taught by our personal trainers.

Trampoline Fitness
Get a great cardio workout while
experiencing the excitement of
jumping on our 26 trampolines. This
cardio workout incorporates several
different types of jumps that will be

Triathlon Training
The USA Triathlon coaches support
all levels of athletes with a strength
& conditioning program.

Xpress Cycle
A dynamic 45-minute ride of interval
zone training to burn calories and
condition the heart. Short, sweet
and very sweaty.
Vinyasa Flow
Hot Vinyasa Flow*
Expect numerous standing postures,
“vinyasas” and a focus on core work.
This class is designed for students
who prefer to move seamlessly
from one posture to the next with
the grace of a dancer and the
mindfulness of a yogi.
Yoga Foundations
Beginners, experts and everyone
in-between all feel welcome, as
the class explores the basics
of yoga practice, including the
foundations of standing poses, the
infrastructure of arm balances and
focus on healthy spine through sun
salutations.
Zumba
A Latin-inspired dance-fitness
class, incorporating Latin music and
signature dance moves.
YOUTH/FAMILY CLASSES
All youth/family classes are
designed for all levels to enjoy. For
children ages 6-14.
Family Obstacle Course
Have a blast with your kids as you
work though an Obstacle Course

Family Yoga

*HOT YOGA GUIDELINES
We recommend that you do not eat at least two hours before your practice. If necessary,
have something light such as a piece of fruit or yogurt. Drink plenty of water before and
after class. If you perspire heavily, an unsweetened sports drink with added electrolytes will
hasten your recovery time.
