To adopt the Minutes of the Assets Committee held on the 2nd December
2015
6. MINUTES OF THE COMMUNITY GRANTS COMMITTEE
No meeting has been held since the previous meetings of the Town
Council but attention is drawn to the next deadline for submissions which
is Saturday 31st January 2015.
Councillors are also reminded that this is the final opportunity to allocate
any of their Small Schemes funding for the financial year 2014/2015.
7. MINUTES OF THE EVENTS COMMITTEE
7.1 Minutes of the Meeting of the Events Committee held on 25th
November 2014.
7.2 Minutes of the Meeting of the Events Committee held on 9th December
2014
8. MINUTES OF THE FINANCE COMMITTEE
8.1 To adopt the Minutes of the Finance Committee held on 8th January
2015:
8.2 To set the budget for 2015/2016
8.3 To set the precept for 2015/2016
9. MINUTES OF THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
9.1 To adopt the Minutes of the Planning and Development Committee
held on 12th January 2015. These will be circulated as soon as possible
but it may be after distribution of this agenda

9.2 To consider any urgent planning related issues.

10. MINUTES OF THE STAFF COMMITTEE
10.1 To adopt the minutes of the Meeting of the Staff Committee held on
the 27th November 2014.

Staffing Structure
The introduction of the new flexi-scheme
10.2 The Minutes of the Complaints and Grievance Sub-Committee held
on 11 December 2014
Councillors attention is drawn to the revised draft Complaints and
Grievance Procedure, which the Town Council are asked to endorse in
principle with authority given to the Sub-Committee to make minor
amendments in the light of experience.
11. MINUTES OF THE POLICY WORKING GROUP
No meeting has been held of the Policy Working Group since the last
Meeting of the Full Council.
12. FUTURE OF HOUSING PROVISION
To consider the report of the Town Clerk (Democratic Services) regarding
the current consultation on the future of Homes for Northumberland.
13. LOCAL COUNCIL AWARD SCHEME
To consider report from the Town Clerks regarding NALC’s re-launch of its
Local Council Award Scheme including recommendations.
14. RECORDING MEETINGS REPORT
To consider the report from the Town Clerk (Democratic Services)
regarding reporting formal meetings with outside bodies.
15. ANY FURTHER INFORMATION AND ITEMS FOR URGENT
ATTENTION
This item is only for items of information to be given to town councillors
and for items which either the Mayor Chair or Town Clerk consider to be
genuinely urgent.

It can be used to raise issues for discussion at the next meeting. Town
council law requires there should be no substantive discussion of an item
which is not on the agenda.
There is no provision for Any Other Business
16. DATE OF THE NEXT MEETING OF THE FULL COUNCIL
The next meeting of the Full Council is scheduled for Thursday 19th March
2015.
