I hereby approve my child's participation in the
Achieve Your Dreams Boys' and Girls'
Basketball AAU program and verify that he or
she is in good health and able to participate in
programs and activities. I authorize that the
directors act for me according to their best
judgment in any emergency requiring medical
attention for which service I will pay. It is
expressly agreed that all participation in
activities shall be undertaken by me at the sole
risk and that the academy, it's directors,
servants, agents or any such employee shall not
be liable to me for any claims, demands,
injuries, damages, actions or causes of action to
my person or property arising out of use in the
academy by me.

THE REGIONAL TOURNAMENTS
The 2014 Achieve Your Dreams Boys’ and Girls’
Basketball AAU is a traveling team program. Teams
will participate in 5 regional tournaments that
provide the finest competition available.

This 9-week season will include the teaching of
individual skills as well as development of team play
during weekly practice sessions throughout the
season. We look forward to working with you and
helping you develop the skills necessary to “achieve
your basketball dreams.”

Saturdays and Sundays, with local tournaments
including Friday nights.

You must call to confirm availability.
Rosters will be limited to 11 players and will be
filled on a first come basis. Due to growing interest,
we will require a $150 non-refundable deposit with
the completed registration form to secure a roster
spot.
Balance due must be received by February 23th,
otherwise roster spots will be offered to the next
person on the waiting list.
The registration fee includes all tournament entry
fees, uniform (players keep), gym rentals,
equipment, coaches’ traveling expenses and
administrative expenses. The fee does not include
family travel expenses.
Practice Facility: All team practices will be held at
Edinboro University’s McComb Fieldhouse and the
Mike S. Zafirovski Sports Recreation Center.
Team Practice Times:
Tuesdays and Thursdays 6 PM - 8 PM
