This Tournament will be conducted under the present Rules of Tennis and Regulations of Tennis Australia and Tennis West. The Tournament Committee shall have entire control of the Tournament. 2. The codes of conduct approved by Tennis Australia and Tennis West will apply and will be displayed at the courts. The Referee may impose penalties in accordance with each code. 3. The Tennis West code of tennis attire shall apply at all times. 4. Players must be the specified age or under on 31st January 2015. 5. Events may be cancelled if insufficient entries are received. A full refund will be made in such cases. 6. Competitors in Doubles events must each submit an entry form. Players may enter without a partner in which case the Committee will endeavour to find a partner. Please indicate in appropriate box ‘Partner required’. 7. If there are sufficient entries events may be broken up into divisions. Grading into divisions will be at the discretion of the Committee. 8. All events will be round robin. 9. Hot shots ORANGE BALL events will be match tie-break set. All other singles and doubles events will be played in FAST 4 format with a super tie break at one set all. 10. Maximum of two singles and one doubles event per person. 11. Play shall be continuous, with no break between sets. Exception will only be given at the discretion of the Referee. 12. The Tournament Committee reserves the right to shorten the length of matches or play under lights to complete this tournament. 13. The Tournament Committee reserves the right to re-schedule matches if necessary. 14. All disputes are to be referred to the Referee. 15. Players are requested to report to the match committee 15 minutes prior to the time scheduled as any absence when called may lead to disqualification. 16. Play will start at 8:00 am. No person may advise a player during a match, except during an official break (if any). 19. The match schedule will be available on the Tuesday prior to the tournament at the Bullcreek Tennis Club and sent to entrants who provide an email address. 20. It is the player’s responsibility to view the draw themselves and the Committee will accept no responsibility for incorrect information relating to times of play being given by unauthorised persons. 21. No exemptions will be granted. 22. All competitors under 18 must have the consent of their parent/s or legal guardian upon entering. 23. By entering competitors consent to photographs being taking of them during the tournament. Those photos will be used to promote the event and may be used by the local media.
