Our 23rd annual 8th Grade Dress-Up Dance will be on Friday, January 30th from 7:30-10:30pm at the Youth Center. Tickets must be bought in advance, will be sold during 8th Grade lunch on Tuesday, January 27th and Wednesday, January 28th, and cost $10 for members and $15 for nonmembers. Please refer to the guideline sheet posted on our website for more information! We’re looking forward to another amazing night! Tournament of Champions Our winter Tournament of Champions competition is well underway! This is a classic winter event for middle school members, in which they compete in different events on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, and at the end of the season, the people on the top of the leaderboard receive a prize! Players get 1 point for competing, and 2 for winning. If you haven’t competed in a TOC game yet, you still have a chance to get in on the action! The next events on the schedule are NBA2K on Tuesday 1/20, Ping Pong on Thursday 1/22, Palate Challenge on Tuesday 1/27 and Super Bowl Squares Trivia on Thursday 1/29. After 10 teams battled it out in the cold, the Bubble Guppies came out as the champions! Check out some pictures from the event, and stay tuned for a full recap of the afternoon! 6th Grade Dance! Family Skate Night With such a huge sixth grade class this year, it makes for some fun dances! We had a great time at our January dance, and hope to see all the 6th graders at our next dance on Friday, February 6th. 6th Grade Dances are from 7:00-9:30 at the Youth Center, and cost $7 for members and $10 for nonmembers! Has everyone heard about Family Skate Night?! The date is set for our first annual Family Skate Night for this Saturday, January 24th from 5:008:00pm. Bring your family to the Youth Center’s outdoor skate rink for a night of ice skating, hot chocolate, music, and fun! Bring your own skates and helmet! Admission is $2 per person! We will be watching the weather forecast for Saturday please stay tuned for a potential postponement if the weather is too warm or rainy!
