FQ Mint Chai
Glassware: Pilsner
Ingredients:
•45 ml Whisky
•2 sprigs of mint
•10 ml peach syrup or sugar syrup
•10 ml Lime juice
•30-35 ml freshly brewed tea
•FQ Lemon Mint to top
Method:
•In a shaker, add the above ingredients (except FQ) and
shake with ice.
•Bruise 1 sprig of mint in the glass, fill with ice and strain the
drink.
•Top with FQ Lemon Mint.
Garnish:
Sprig of mint

FQ- Peppery Minty Zing
Glassware: Collins
Ingredients:
•45 ml Rum
•3-4 chunks of cucumber
•10 ml Lime juice
•FQ Mint to top
•Pinch of crushed pepper
Method:
•Gently muddle cucumber in a Collins glass
•Add lime juice, pepper, and rum and fill glass with crushed
ice. Top with FQ Lemon Mint
Garnish:
Sprig of mint, strips of cucumber and a slice of lime

FQ- Melon wave
Glassware: Highball
Ingredients:
•45 ml Vodka
•5-6 chunks of watermelon (seedless)
•10 ml lime juice
•FQ Lemon Mint to top
Method:
•Gently muddle watermelon chunks with lime juice
•Add ice and vodka
•Top with FQ Lemon Mint
Garnish:
Watermelon wedge/boat/slice

FQ-Autumn Apple Fizz
Glassware: Collins
Ingredients:
•45 ml Vodka
•5-6 chunks of apple
•3-4 strips of Ginger (or 1 stick of cinnamon)
•FQ Lemon Ginger to top
Method:
•Gently muddle apple with ginger (or cinnamon)
•Add vodka
•Fill glass with crushed ice and top with FQ Lemon
Ginger
Garnish:
Strips of ginger or cinnamon stick

FQ Lemon-Ginger Sparkle
Glassware: Champagne Tulip
Ingredients:
•40 ml Gin
•1 sugar cube
•2 dashes of Angostura bitters
•FQ Lemon Ginger (chilled) to top
Method:
•In a champagne tulip add the sugar cube and 2 dashes of
Angostura bitters
•Add the gin
•Top up with FQ Lemon Ginger
Garnish:
Lemon boat/Lime slice/Lime Wedge

FQ Kacha Aam Pina Colada
Glassware: Highball
Ingredients:
•45 ml White Rum
•20 ml Coconut Milk
•4-5 chunks Pineapple
•Dash sugar syrup
•FQ Aam Panna to top
Method:
•In a shaker, muddle pineapple chunks, add coconut milk,
sugar and rum; shake.
•Fine strain into a high ball glass with ice.
•Top with FQ Aam Panna
Garnish:
Pineapple Slice / Strip / Wedge

FQ Aam Panna Twist
Glassware: Highball
Ingredients:
•45 ml White rum
•4-5 Curry leaves
•1 green chili (slit and deseeded)
•10 ml lime juice
•FQ Aam Panna to top
Method:
•Bruise curry leaves in a highball glass, add slit green chili
and ice
•Add lime juice, rum and top with FQ Aam Panna
Garnish:
Sprig of curry leaves
