Açaí Cosmo™
1.5 oz VeeV Açaí Spirit
.5 oz Grand Marnier or orange liqueur
2 oz cranberry juice
Squeeze of fresh lime
Fresh strawberry or lemon twist,
for garnish
Shake all ingredients well with
ice and strain into a chilled
martini glass. Garnish with the
strawberry or lemon twist.
Superfruit Fizz
2 oz VeeV Açaí Spirit
.75 oz strawberry purée
4 lime wedges
.5 oz agave nectar or simple syrup
1-2 sprigs of mint
Ginger ale or ginger beer
Strawberry or sprig of mint, for garnish
Shake all ingredients well with
ice and strain into an ice-filled
rocks glass. Top with ginger ale
or ginger beer. Garnish with the
strawberry or mint sprig.
Açaí Mojito™
2 oz VeeV Açaí Spirit
4 lime wedges
.75 oz agave nectar or simple syrup
1-2 sprigs of mint
Club soda
6-10 blueberries (optional)
Sprig of mint or fresh blueberries,
for garnish
Tear and slap mint leaves to
release oils and drop into a
shaker. Shake all ingredients well
with ice and strain into an icefilled rocks glass. Top with club
soda and stir well. Garnish with a
sprig of mint or fresh blueberries.
Sparkling Açaí Sangria
1.5 oz VeeV Açaí Spirit
.75 oz St. Germain
.75 oz orange juice
1.5 oz sparkling wine
Fresh fruit, for garnish
Shake the first three ingredients
well with ice and transfer to a
brandy or rocks glass. Top with
sparkling wine and garnish with
the fresh seasonal fruit.

1.5 oz VeeV Açaí Spirit
1.5 oz red wine
.5 oz strawberry purée or
pomegranate juice
1 oz cranberry juice
Fresh fruit, for garnish
Build in an ice-filled rocks glass
and stir well. Garnish with the
fresh fruit.
Blackberry Açaí Sour
2 oz VeeV Açaí Spirit
1 oz Cointreau or orange liqueur
1 oz fresh lemon sour*
3-4 fresh blackberries
Lemon wedge, for garnish
Shake all ingredients well with
ice and strain into an ice-filled
rocks glass. Garnish with the
lemon wedge.
* Fresh lemon sour is equal parts fresh
lemon juice and simple syrup.

1.5 oz VeeV Açaí Spirit
Lemonade
Splash of cranberry juice
Lemon wheel, for garnish
Build in an ice-filled highball
glass and stir well. Garnish with
the lemon wheel.
Note: Other flavored purées can
replace strawberry purée.

5 oz blanco tequila
7 oz fresh lime juice
5 oz agave nectar or simple syrup
4 oz POM juice (optional)
Fill with ice
4 lime wheels, for garnish

5 oz fresh lime juice
5 oz agave nectar or simple syrup
8 sprigs of mint
10 oz club soda
Frozen blueberries, for garnish
Fill with ice
Add all ingredients to pitcher and
then fill with ice. Garnish and stir well
before serving.
