Physical Day – May 10th
• 8:00am – 10:30am
• You must be in line by 10:30 after that no one will be
let in.
• Please have all paperwork ready and completed prior
to arrival.
• Please have cash or a check in the amount of $20.00
made out to Servite High School upon arrival.
• This physical will cover athletes through the 20142015 school year.
• If you are unable to attend please make sure that
your physical is dated on or after the physical offered
at Servite on May 11, 2014.
