Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender
documents at the Multimedia University of Kenya, Mbagathi Campus, Supply Chain Office
during the normal working hours. Tender Documents can also be accessed from the website (w
ww.mmu.ac.ke) f
ree of charge.
A complete set of Tender Documents may be obtained by interested candidates upon payment
of non-refundable fees of KShs. 1,000.00 in cash or Bankers cheque payable to Multimedia
University of Kenya.
Bid Security/bond for each Tender shall not be less than 1.5 % of the total Bid Price.

A performance Security Bond of 8% of the Contract Price shall be applicable for each Tender
and will be submitted before the signing of the Contract.
Prices quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, must be in Kenya Shillings and shall remain
valid for 120 days from the closing date of the tender.
Completed Tender Documents should be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, marked with the
tender number and should be addressed to:

The tender documents must be deposited in the Tender Box provided at MMU Mbagathi
Campus, Administration Block, and Ground Floor so as to reach us not later than the dates
shown above.
Opening of the tenders will take place immediately thereafter in Administration Conference Hall
in the presence of the tenderers' representatives who choose to attend.
