Catering Manager
Experienced Catering Manager required for a prestigious client
in the City of London. This is an exciting and challenging role,
working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with occasional
evenings. Salary is £30,000 with 28 days paid holiday per
annum. You will have experienced support from your
Operations Manager and Head Office staff. Training and
development is provided to further your career within the
company.
As Catering Manager, ideally with cost plus contract
experience, you will manage a team of 8 staff and provide a
variety of daily services, including managing the daily
operations of the staff restaurant, hospitality and third party
functions. You will need to ensure the best service, food quality
and company ethos are met. This role would ideally suit
someone with a background in oriental cuisine and experience
in organising a wide variety of events.
