2. Compliance Executive / Assistant
E‐Services Group is seeking a Talented Person as a Compliance Executive. This is a great opportunity for a person looking to explore their potential with a fast growing multicultural Group. Responsibilities: 
Conduct analysis and monitor day to day alerts 
Assist in the monitoring and investigation of different transactions using systems and controls 
Carry out monitoring functions to identify trends and potential risks to the business 
Fraud analysis of international internet payments and, reporting, based on use of internal and external risk scoring criteria and research using client verfication resources, to minimize losses due to fraudulent transactions 
Where required to ensure compliance with various corporate requirements of a multi‐national retail company, to communicate advice and reporting on departments regarding compliance related issue, and conducting routine reviews of processes and practices 
Other operational Ad hoc Projects Requirements: 
University degree in a related discipline 
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in Compliance 

E‐Services Group is seeking an E‐commerce Executive. The candidate will be responsible for working on several global e‐commerce marketplaces. This is an exciting role, touching not only on the newest technology, ecommerce trend and also working with a great team of talented and dynamic people. Responsibilities: 
Responsible for Sales in assigned regions. 
Market research on the latest trends/products, competitors and pricings. 
Listing of new products, ad copy and marketing materials. Maintain listings and pricings. 
Review product pricings regularly and identify new potential products. 
Develop new business and sales opportunities to reach monthly target/goals. 
Co‐ordinate with internal departments and third parties to maintain/enhance daily operations and business opportunities. 

4. Online Marketing Executive
E‐Services Group is looking for an Online Marketing Executive to join our online marketing team. This role will work closely with Business Development team, IT team and Product team to develop and implement online marketing initiatives. This is a great opportunity to join a company at the forefront of the eCommerce industry in Asia. It is a global role working on projects relating to Europe, US, Asia and Australia. You would be reporting to the Online Marketing Manager. Responsibilities: 
Work closely with other teams to define, create, and implement digital marketing strategies in SEO, PPC and social media to drive conversions 
Handle the day‐to‐day optimization of campaigns to achieve target ROI 
Carry out A/B testing on ad copies to improve CTR and carry out content experiments on website to improve conversion 
Analyze data and generate marketing reports to support other teams 
Stay abreast of market, industry, and out‐of‐industry digital marketing trends and best practices, and use that knowledge in tandem with company and marketing goals, to optimize company websites and online marketing campaigns. Requirements: 
2‐3 years’ experience in digital marketing techniques, with emphasis on SEO, PPC, social media and analytics 
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills in both English and Cantonese is essential 
Strong project management and time management skills, attention to detail 
Enthusiastic team player with the ability to support and influence others 

5. Sales Executive
Looking for enthusiastic person with Sales experience in dynamic environment to cope with Sales expansion in English speaking markets Responsibilities: 
Manage English pre‐sales enquiries on both email and hotlines; 
Conduct cold calls to convert failed online transactions; 
Contact customers to capture additional payments (e.g. change of order, alternative product solution); 
Cross sell /up sell relevant clearance and other China sourcing products; 
Share VOC (voice of customer) and own feedback to expand sales on English markets; 
Manage /oversee BPO output and quality assurance; 
