M r . Molyneux claimed t h a t Surrey cannot spend money l e g a l l y outside of Surrey. He f e l t that t h e money should be spent i n Surrey, He also claimed t h a t h i s Doctor could not put him i n t h e white Rock Hospital, even though he l i v e d i n t h e area. Mr. Molyneux was advised t h a t t h e matter would be considered later i n the meeting by t h e Council, The matter was discussed later i n t h e meeting when a l l members w e r e present, W JI i rn Councillor Patterson moved, but there was no seconder, that a meeting be set up of the Hospital Liaison Cormnittee t o j-nclude Langley Hospital, and t h e Royal Colwnbian Hospital r e m s e n t a t i v e s t o discuss t h e matter of hospitals. He s t a t e d t h a t Alderman Lee had worked on t h i s matter with the Architects, and as Surrey was an a g r i c u l t u r a l cammunity, the plaque remxsented a g r i c u l t u r e i n t h e form of f r u i t trees.
