REGISTRATION:
Early Registration Deadline: March 6.
You may mail in the enclosed registration form, with a
CHECK made payable to SWANA-Georgia -- or with
CREDIT CARD information included. Payment must be
received prior to or upon arrival at the conference.
SWANA-Georgia cannot offer reduced registration fees
for partial-conference attendance, nor invoice on site.
MEMBERSHIP:
Members receive reduced registration. If you are not a
member, join now! Go to www.swana.org. You may join
online, or download the application & mail it in to our
national office.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event a registered participant needs to cancel, he
or she should immediately notify SWANA-Georgia.
Refunds and/or credits may be offered if notification is
given to the Chapter prior to the early registration
deadline.
For Speakers:
Speakers should complete a registration form and return it to SWANA-Georgia
prior to the conference. All speakers are welcome and encouraged to attend
and/or exhibit throughout the entire conference, and pay the appropriate fee.
However, if a speaker is able only to attend the session in
which he or she is presenting, the registration fee is

TABLE TOP exhibits are best, but larger exhibits can be
accommodated if necessary. Booth assignments will be
made on a first-come, first-served basis, as registrations
with payment are received. Booths will be assigned onsite via a sign with the organization’s name placed on
each exhibitor table.

Clays tournament will be held
at the Forest City Gun Club,

Founded in 1883, FCGC is the
oldest skeet, trap and
sporting clays club in
America! Gun rental will be
available at the club as well as
eye/ear protection. Ammo is
available for purchase at the
club and is not included in the
event price. *New* A Novice
Classification is being added
to this tournament. All are
encouraged to compete!

What’s covered in your conference registration fee?
The ATTENDEE fee covers: ONE person and includes admittance to all
sessions, breaks, receptions, meals and the exhibitor tradeshow.
The EXHIBITOR fee covers: ONE person and includes one, skirted table -and admittance to all sessions, breaks, receptions and meals,
and the tradeshow. Additional, exhibitor representatives, are welcomed
and encouraged but must be registered separately and
pay the appropriate ATTENDEE fee.
SPORTING CLAYS RELEASE OF LIABILITY

SWANA Chapter Buzzard Shoot is a Sporting Clays Tournament
