Candidates Appearing for Summer -2015 Examinations
(Except M.Sc. Nursing, MASLP & MPO)
Sir/Madam,
With reference to the subject cited above, it is decided and intimated to you that the date of
dissertation submission is extended by the University upto 18 February 2015. Hence the
Dissertations of eligible PG courses candidates appearing for Summer - 2015 examinations of all
faculties will have to be submitted / forwarded by the concerned college representative to the
University along with prescribed fees and date mentioned below :Sr.

The fees in the form of Demand Draft drawn from any Nationalized Bank in favour of “The
Registrar, MUHS Nashik” Payable at Nashik, must be submitted along with the list of the candidates
and Dissertations. College make sure that consolidated demand drafts must be drawn in between
above prescribed period.
It is expected that the Dissertations are to be submitted as per above mentioned period date
with additional late fee of Rs.5250/-. However, the submission of Dissertations with super additional
late fee (i.e. Rs.300 per day from 10 January 2015) is for exceptional cases only, for which the
proper and genuine reasons should be explained by the concerned candidate with comment and
approval of respective college Dean / Principal / Director and Guide till 18 February 2015 only.
In any case the Dissertations will not be accepted after 18 February 2015 under any
circumstances.

Note – The Dissertation of the candidates will be accepted only on fulfillment of following
conditions:a – Title & Synopsis of Dissertation is approved by MUHS.
b – The candidate’s final eligibility is confirmed by MUHS.
c – In case change of Guide, it must have the approval of the MUHS.
d – For Ayurved and Unani course preliminary exam mark sheet to be attached.
