Budget Fora on FY 2015 Fund Release and FY 2016 Budget
Preparation

To ensure greater efficiency in the execution of the 2015 budget and
guide all concerned in the preparation of the 2016 budget, a one-day
forum will be conducted by the Department of Budget and
Management from February 11 to 13, 16 to 18, 2015 from 8:00 AM to
5:00 PM at Philippine Trade Training Center, GiI Puyat ave. cor. Roxas
Blvd., Pasay, Metro Manila.

To be discussed during the forum are the guidelines for the release of
funds for 2015, the President's Veto Message and the salient
provisions of the 2015 GM, the guidelines on the procurement
process, and the budget call prescribing the guidelines for the
preparation of the 2016 budget.
3.0
For this purpose, the heads of budget, accounting and planning units of
all departments, agencies, other executive offices, constitutional offices
and government-owned and/or controlled corporations are requested to
attend the said fora scheduled for their specific agency.

Please be guided by the schedule of the fora for specific agencies In
Annex A hereof.
