Complete filled in form with all the required attachments should be sent by
Courier/ Regd. Post to OHREO Head Office , Near Sahara bank , PO-Adra, DistPurulia, Pin-723121(W.B.)
Note : It may take at least one month for the verification done for issuing I
Cards, Certificates etc.

Rules and Regulations of HUMAN RIGHTS OHREO
Each and Every Members-Active, General , Associate etc and Officers and all Portfolio Holders
of OHREO are working on voluntary basis and as such no payment or any remuneration is given to
them. Their Membership is non-transferable and once their charitable amount is made, it is
non-refundable under any circumstances.
Any kind of Anti- Society Actions , Indiscipline, Misbehavior or Misconduct and Anti organizational act will
definitely result in the soon rejection/termination of membership of OHREO. All disputes subject to jurisdiction
of Sub Divisional Court Raghunathpur,Purulia District,West Bengal only.
OHREO will not be at any cost responsible for any Manipulation like Mis-use of Identity Card, Posters,
Badges, Stickers, Letter Pads,Banners issued to the Members during the course of their Membership with
OHREO.(The administration is liberal to take penal action against such members and OHREO will not take
any responsibility for such actions).
Soon on expiry, the Identity Cards must be submitted to the National Office for renewal. After expiry, renewal
is a must to continue the regular membership.(Cards going to be expired should be deposited with the
National Committee at the National Office at least before 2 weeks for issuing fresh card of validity.)
In case of change of address, Member should inform the same to the National Office.
In case of missing or loss of the identity Card, the National Office should be informed in writing along with the
F.I.R. immediately.(Advised also to keep one Xerox or scanned copy of the I Card for reference ).
All OHREO members should contact their respective Area Committee / Block Committee /Taluka Committee
/District/State Committee / National Committee Office once in a month which is Mandatory.
Strict action will be taken against the Member, if found at fault and guilty flouting the rules and regulations of
OHREO, and are also punishable under the Press &Society Act and Constitutional Laws.

illegal or any antisocial activities.
That I am willing to become a member of HUMAN RIGHTS OHREO and work towards eradicating corruption at
all levels of society in India and shall maintain the resolution and prestige of Universal Declaration of Human
Rights,1948.
That I will neither give nor take bribe nor take part in any act of corruption.
HUMAN RIGHTS OHREO is a Non-Profitable & Non-Political but purely a Social , Charitable &
Welfare Government Registered Association dedicated with its sole aim of achieving public cooperation in
solving Social Problems, and to set up Social , Cultural and Humanitarian Character in promoting and
encouraging Respect for all without Distinction of RACE, SEX, LANGUAGE, CASTE , CREED , COLOUR and to
arrange for peaceful environment in our different societies ; Maintaining the Rights and Duties as good citizen of
our country by all and observing SADHBHAVANA at the same time striving to remove social evils, criminal
activities and promote self to overcome any of these evils particularly to ST, SC & OBC , Handicap and weaker
sections of our country . Remember, One Earth, One Sky, and so one Humanity. HUMAN RIGHTS ARE OUR BIRTH
RIGHTS, THEY ARE OUR NATURAL AND INSTINCT RIGHTS, NO ONE CAN IGNORE THEM & AVOID THEM.
