Finally a reproduction slate worthy of the Collyweston and Cotswold name has been found. The reproduction slates are faithful to the original in terms of colour, texture and performance. SIGA Heritage reproduction stone roofing slates have been designed in consultation with professional roofers and architects, to achieve an easy to lay slating format, resulting in a coursed and diminishing stone slate roof. The Slates are constructed from Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete (GRC) producing a strong and durable slate weighing only 65kgm2. SIGA Heritage Reproduction Slate Weight 65kgm2 Tested to BS EN 492:2004 The Heritage Range of artificial stone roofing products are hand crafted to give an authentic roofscape. Detailed moulding, a choice of colours and a range of sizes create a coursed and diminishing stone slate roof. The glass fibre cement construction provides a light yet durable roofing material. An easy to lay format and a range of compatible products, including ridges and in-line ventilation systems, create an extremely versatile and cost effective alternative to natural products. Each individual slate is hand crafted using moulds taken from stone slate originals. As with natural stone, shades vary with no two slates being identical. This combined with the surface detail and hand colouring ensures a truly authentic roofscape. The light weight construction of our slates saves on labour and timber costs, making them 20% lighter. In real terms that means 16m2 of our slates per ton compared to 7m2 per ton of natural Collyweston or Cotswold slates. Ventilation Slates and Ventilation Ridges available Their construction allows them to be cut easily without cracking or breaking and looks like stone when cut. 100% through-coloured for colourfastness Weathers and cuts like stone Saves costs on labour and trusses over second hand roofing stone Full design service 20% lighter than natural roofing stone Hand crafted using moulds from original natural stones 25 Year Warranty Available in three colours C O T S W AY COTSWAY RUTLAND RUTLAND CHARNWOOD CHARNWOOD RIDGES Main Slates HEIGHT WIDTH Web: www.sigroofing.co.uk 6“ 8” 10” 12” Top Slates 14” 20” Under Eaves WIDTH WIDTH 4” 7” 6” 8” 10” HEIGHT HEIGHT SIG Supplies Group, SIGRoofing Roofing Supplies, Harding Way, St Ives, Harding Way, St Ives, Cambridgeshire, Cambridgeshire, PE27 3YJ PE27 3YJ Tel: 01480 466777 Tel:01480 01480 466777 Fax: 300269 Fax: 01480 300269 Email: [email protected] Web: www.sigroofing.co.uk Email: [email protected] 4” 14” 16” 18” 20” 22” 24” 18” 12” 17” 20”
