Catholic Social Ministry Gathering Please pray for our six student service trip leaders and our campus minister who are going to Washington, D.C. Feb. 6-10 to participate in the national USCCB Catholic Social Ministry Gathering. This annual Catholic conference, organized by the USCCB Department of Justice, Peace and Human Development, brings together over 20 national Catholic charity and justice organizations along with hundreds of participants whose faith inspires them to respond to pressing current domestic and global challenges relating to poverty, war, injustice and the promotion of human life and dignity. The experience culminates with a visits to Capitol Hill to do advocacy work with our local Ohio senators and representatives.
