The completed Registration form will be received between 09:00A.M – 11:00A.M on Vidyalaya working days up to 10.03.2015 for Class‐I and 13.04.2015 for other Classes. Registration form is obtainable from the school office free of cost after submitting the attested photocopies of age & residential proof, caste certificate and service certificate, Single Girl Child proof, as applicable.

Documents required along with the registration form (Attested Xerox copy):‐ 1. Birth certificate from competent authority. (Part II order, Kindred roll, Municipality, Gram Panchayet etc) 2. Document in support of caste SC/ST issued by the competent authority. The certificate in respect of either of the parents may be submitted initially for the purpose of admission. 3. Service certificate in the registration form for Category I – IV should be endorsed by the respective head of department. 4. In case of Ex‐ Servicemen, a certificate of retirement for uniformed Defence employees. 5. A proof of residence shall have to be produced by all applicants. 6. Parent seeking admission to class I under RTE other than SC & ST candidate, economically weaker section (non creamy layer OBC) need to submit the income certificate from Revenue Dept. Priorities for admission will be as given below and will be followed strictly as per KVS admission guidelines. CATEGORY: I Children of transferable & non‐transferable Central Govt. Employee including Ex‐Serviceman II Children of transferable & non ‐transferable Employees of autonomous bodies / Public sector undertaking /Institutes of Higher learning of the Govt. of India III Children of transferable & non ‐transferable state Govt. Note:  Age limit for Class I is 5 – 7 yrs as on 31.03.2015. A child must be 5 Yrs on 31st March 2015 for seeking admission in class I and for other classes see the appendix appended below as on 31st March 2015.  Child will not be eligible for admission if the child is overage or underage.  Seats are reserved for SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates as per KVS Guidelines adhering to category priority & class‐ wise strength.  Mere registration will not confer a right to admission.  Admission secured on the basis on any wrong or forged certificate shall be cancelled by the Principal forthwith and no appeal shall be entertained.  Admission will be granted from class II to IX as per KVS guidelines only if vacancies exist in a particular class. THERE WILL NO ADMISSION TEST FOR CLASS I to VIII.
