TERMS & CONDITIONS –
1. The detailed copy of above advertisement, prescribed application form, eligibility
conditions and other details can be obtained/downloaded from the University Websitewww.brijuniversity.ac.in .
2. Application Fee (non refundable) of ₹ 1000/- (₹ 500/- for SC/ST) for the above said
posts should be sent in the form of Bank Draft drawn in favour of the Registrar,
Maharaja Surajmal Brij University, Bharatpur and payable at Bharatpur along with
application from.
3. Physically challenged persons are not required to remit any fee.
4. Retired persons need not apply.
5. University reserves the right to change the total number of posts(s) in each category or
not to fill up any or all the posts advertised.
6. The condition regarding number of children as prescribed by Government of Rajasthan
shall be applicable.
7. Candidate(s) belonging to SC/ST/OBC/SBC/PH should indicate their category along
with self-attested copy of the certificate issued by the competent authority.
8. Candidate desirous to apply for more than one post should send separate Application

The contributory Pension Plan/Scheme as notified by the Government of Rajasthan
shall be applicable.
The Pay protection will be made to those who are already in employment of approved
services as per rules.
Mere possession of minimum qualification does not entitle candidates to be called for
interview. The University in its discretion may restrict the number of candidates to be
called for interview to a reasonable limit on the basis of qualifications/.experience
higher than the minimum prescribed for the post. The university encourages to adopt
any other method for short listing.
The appointments will be governed by the rules & provisions notified by the
UGC/University and State Govt. from time to time.
Experience and qualifications will be reckoned as on last date of receipts of
applications. Clear quality self-attested photocopies (from 10th class onwards) of all
important documents related to qualifications, experience and other related
submissions must be attached with the applications.
No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates for attending the interview.
Application fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
The university will not be responsible for postal delay.
Application (i) received after the last date (ii) incomplete in any respect, (iii) not
accompanied by prescribed fees or copies of the required documents and (iv) any
fresh paper/enclosures submitted after closing date, shall not be considered.
The candidate availing the benefit of experience for post 1 and 2 should be in regular
employment duly selected by competent statutory body.
Certificate in support of experience should be on the organization’s letter Head, with
the date of issue, indicating specific period of work, name and designation, pay band
with GP etc.
It is the responsibility of the candidate to enclose copies of the relevant documents for
verification in support of a claim for credit for qualifications/experience failing which the
claim may not be taken into account.
The university shall verify the antecedents or documents submitted by a candidate at
the time of interview, or at the time of appointment or during the tenure of service. In
case it is detected that the documents submitted by the candidate are fake or the
candidate has a dubious antecedent/background and has suppressed the said
information, his/her services shall be terminated.
In case of any dispute/ambiguity the decision of the University shall be final.
In case of any dispute or legal proceedings against the University, the jurisdiction shall
be restricted to Bharatpur (Raj).
Those persons who are already in employment shall have to send their application
through their employer in the prescribed form along with fee. The application through
proper channel should reach this office on or before 15.03.2015 up to 4:30 PM.

25. The selected candidate will be appointed as probationer trainee for 2 years. A fixed
remuneration will be paid during the period of probation as per State Government
notification. No other allowances will be admissible. The pay band and grade pay of
such posts shall be permitted from the date of completion of probation training period
satisfactorily according to rules.

QUALIFICATIONS
CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATION
Pay Scale-(G.P. Rs 6800 in pay band 15600-39100)
Essential qualifications :
1. A master’s degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in the
UGC seven points scale.
2. At least 15 years of experience as Lecturer (Sr. Scale)/Lecturer with eight years in
Reader’s Grade along with experience in educational administration.
Or
Comparable experience in research establishment and /or other institutions or higher
education.
Or
15 years of administrative experience or which 8 years as Deputy Registrar or an
equivalent post.

Essential Qualifications :
1. A Master’s degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in the

2. Five years of experience as Lecturer in a college or in a university with experience in

Essential Qualification :
1. Good academic record* plus Master degree with at least 55% of the marks or its

*Good academic record :
“Good academic record” means an average of at least 55% marks in three examinations
preceding to Master’s Degree with at least 50% marks in graduation and any one of
Secondary/High School, Higher Secondary/Senior Secondary or equivalent grades in the point
scale wherever grading system is followed without including any grace marks and/or rouding
off to make it 55% or 50% as the case may be.

Essential Qualification :
1. At least second class Post-Graduate degree, and
2. 20 years experience of working as Personal Assistant/Senior Personal Assistant in a

Government Department and out of which at least 3 years experience of working as
Senior Personal Assistant.
