Don’t miss your chance
to become a World Scholar.
If you were invited to participate in the 2015 World Scholars
Program, you are among an elite group of students who will
be involved in a 4-year, cross-cultural experience beginning
with your fall semester in Rome. World Scholars will be fully
immersed in Italian customs through service learning and
cultural programing. The deadline to submit your essay is
February 15. We continue to accept applications after that
date on a space available basis.
To be considered, please send an email to worldscholars@
udel.edu and attach your essay of 500 words or fewer in
response to the following:
During the first semester in Rome, Italy, UD World
Scholars will explore the concept of politics and power
in an exclusive course taught by John Cabot University
President Franco Pavoncello. Through lectures, readings
and engagement with some of the key players on the
global stage, you will emerge with a richer understanding
of international relations and challenges of the global
age. Please relate this opportunity to your personal and
professional goals and aspirations.
