T
he ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ star is
reportedly unimpressed by the media coverage of her 65-year-old stepfather’s transition to become a woman because she feels
ignored by the magazines which usually give her
so much attention. A source revealed: “Kim has
only been on one and a half (tabloid) covers in
2015.”Neither Life & Style, OK!, Us Weekly nor
People have had her on their cover once this year.
“But Bruce has been on four In Touch covers, two
Us Weekly covers and a People cover.” Although
the 34-year-old beauty - who has 19-month-old
daughter North with husband Kanye West received some attention recently when she
stripped off for LOVE magazine for another naked
shoot, the source continued to say she is desperate to have the full focus on her once again so she
can sell her products, which is why she has been
stepping out wearing more and more provocative outfits in recent days. Speaking to New York
Daily News’ Confidenti@l column, they said:
“Bruce is getting the attention and the only time
people show her is when she’s naked on magazine covers, which is fine, but she needs to sell
brands and products. It’s not like she makes anything off of Paper mag. “She still needs to sell her
Sears collection. She still needs the mainstream
press.”“Look what she did earlier in the week in
New York — its 20 degrees and she’s wearing a
cleavage-baring tank top while everyone around
here is in hats and gloves.”She’s literally exposing
herself while walking out of a hotel on purpose.
But as a family they are well aware of the focus on
Bruce.”

T
he ‘Still Alice’ star believes her two kids, Caleb, 17 and Liv,
12 - who she has with director husband Bart Freundlich give her a sense of “belonging”. She told Parade magazine:
“Right before I met my husband, I always felt as if the party was
happening somewhere else.”Like, ‘Where is everybody else
going?’ And once I met him and we had our children, I was like,
‘This is where the party is.’ There’s nowhere else I want to be. I
see a tremendous amount of purpose and a feeling of belonging.” Family life is clearly important to the 54-year-old actress,
who previously revealed she chooses her family over any
prospective acting jobs if necessary. She said: “If ever I do a film
that’s a long way from home, we schedule it for the summertime and the rest of the family comes with me.”Other than that,
I’m never away for more than a week. If someone says to me,
‘Will do you this film in Hungary?’ I just go, ‘Sorry - if you can
move it to New Jersey, then maybe it will work.’” Despite her
husband’s film knowledge, Julianne admitted she rarely asks
him for advice on which parts to take on. She said: “I make up
my own mind what I do. I might ask him to read something if I
need help, but generally I know pretty quickly what I like and
what I don’t. “Contrary to what people might say, I don’t make a
point of going for ‘difficult’ parts. I’ve just tried to vary things as
much as possible.”
T
he ‘Modern Family’ actress, who got engaged
to the ‘Magic Mike’ star in December, reportedly splashed out the huge sum on new furniture and plants to turn her garden into a tropical
paradise. An insider said: “He absolutely loves it.
He spends 99 per cent of his time outside, so it’s
perfect.” The 42-year-old actress hired landscape
gardeners to surprise the 38-year-old actor with
lavish outdoor area as a move-in gift. The source
told US Star magazine: “She wanted Joe to feel
more at home. This is his home now too - and she
wanted to do something to symbolize that “Sofia
bough chairs, couches, tables and lounges. She
said she has a ton of family and friends, so she
bought most of the store.” The Colombian
actress, who got engaged to Joe after just six
months of dating, recently admitted they are
planning to have a family together. The
brunette beauty, who has a 22-year-old son
Manolo from a previous marriage, said: “He’s
younger than me and he’s never had kids,
so of course if we can do it, why not? It
needs a lot of planning, but we have
to leave it to God to see if it happens.”

T
he 45-year-old singer - who has six-year-old twins
Maximilian and Emme - is feeling attractive again
following her split from the children’s father, producer Marc Anthony, after a ten-year marriage, and
believes women become hotter as they get older. She
explained: “I think I always felt sexy. More so now. I feel
more like myself and I just know myself better. “I think in
the past, the thought was your 20s are when you are at
your best and after that it’s downhill. Now women are
realizing that we are at our best as we get older. We are
attractive and we are more interesting and we are more
self-assured than we were 10 years before, and there’s
something sexy and attractive about that to all men.”
Although she is feeling more confident in her appearance following the finalization of her divorce last June,
the ‘On the Floor’ hit maker admitted she still needs to
work on being happy for the sake of her kids. She told
the Sunday Mirror’s Notebook magazine: “I’ve just started working on myself. Maybe it’s having kids and wanting to be great for them, to set a good example and
wanting to teach them the right things. “That and my
divorce have helped me in growing and realizing things
about myself - like life is hard and s*** happens. It gets
bad sometimes, but you are going to dance again. We
can all succumb to depression or become bitter. Or you
can become better. I prefer better to bitter.”
W
hile the 55-year-old star has appeared in numerous
Hollywood blockbusters such as ‘The Usual Suspects’ and
‘American Beauty’ - both of which he won Oscars for - and
was the artistic director of the Old Vic theatre for 10 years, the actor is
“determined” to be careful with his finances because he didn’t have a
lot during his younger years. He said: “I still worry about money. I came
from a modest middle-class family. My mother was the main breadwinner, my father was unemployed a lot, and I saw how difficult that
was and I saw what it did to him. “I was determined I was not going to
be like that.”The ‘House of Cards’ actor also insists he doesn’t want to be
the sort of person who sits around a swimming pool counting their
cash because there is still plenty he wants to achieve in life. He added
to Britain’s GQ magazine: “People who are really happy with themselves are boring. The worst word in the world is content. “When I went
to London, people thought I was freaking crazy. Why not sit around a
Beverly Hills pool collecting residual checks? That is not the kind of life I
want.” When asked if he is happy but not content, he replied: “Yes ...
Correct. I am not content because I have purpose.”

accused of assault
he 35-year-old singer’s ex-girlfriend, model Sophia Cahill, is
believed to have reported the musician to the police over an incident which took place at his parents’ home on January 29, despite
his pals protesting his innocence. A friend told The Sun newspaper: “This
does not sound like Dane because he is a gentleman around women.”
The ‘Big Reunion’ star and former Miss Wales had been dating for two
years before she dumped him in December, after she was sent images of
glamour models who she was told he had been eyeing up. Dane - who is
currently making a living by doing DJ sets in the UK and in Tenerife seems to have taken the break-up to heart having posted several cryptic
messages online which allude to the breakdown of their relationship.
While Sophia posted on Twitter about clearing out the house they
shared, he wrote: “Time to move on I guess...” The next day he seemed to
refer once again to his messy breakup, writing: “Why do some people
insist on making things difficult...and then go on about how difficult
things are?” Although the star has not yet been questioned by police,
they have confirmed they are looking into the incident. The Metropolitan
Police said: “Officers from the Croydon Community Safety Unit are investigating an allegation of domestic assault.”

T
he Chanel model admits her parents
had a huge impact on the kind of mother she tries to be for her and her
American football star husband Tom Brady’s
children Benjamin, five, and Vivian, two, as
they were strict but “loving”. She shared: “I’m
very nurturing, I come from a large family
and my parents were loving. But the most
important thing for me as a mum is to keep
my word. When I say no, I mean no, I always
say they have all the time in the world to sit
there saying, ‘I want it, I want it’, but they are
smart, and if I give it to them they know they
can get away with it.” The 34-year-old star still
idolizes her mother and has confessed that
although she and her family didn’t have
much when she was growing up in a tiny
German-speaking hamlet just outside of the
Brazilian city Horizontina, she was always
happy with what they had. She told Britain’s
Vogue magazine: “My mother is my hero; she
is the strongest, hardest working woman I’ve
ever met in my life. I didn’t realize that till I
became a mother myself, she was living for
us. We had a simple life but I never felt anything was missing.” —Bangshowbiz
