A Breakfast Meeting for Paris Flea Market Volunteers is planned for Saturday, March 14 from 9 AM
until 11 AM in the Social Hall. Anyone who has indicated an interest in volunteering or would like
more information about volunteer opportunities is welcome to attend. Areas requiring volunteers
include Booths, Silent Auction, Café, Bake Sale, Flower Sale, Greeters and Tour Docents, Cashiers,
Popcorn Machine Staff, and more. Our breakfast menu features egg bakes, fresh fruit, rolls, and
beverages. Please sign up at the Gathering Table in the Atrium to reserve a spot. The Flea Market will

Lenten Programming Welcome to our guests
Rev. Dr. Barry Szymanski will lead a Lenten Gathering at
6 PM on Ash Wednesday, February 18.
Lenten Programming and Simple Suppers will be held for
five Wednesdays beginning February 25th at 6 PM. We’ll
explore the book, “The Art and Practice of the
Congregational Way.” Sign up at the Gathering Table by

LOOKING AHEAD: The Week of February 22nd Last year, we started the successful Secret Buddies
program with the intent to connect the generations of
our church. This year, during Lent, our children in 1st –
5th grade will again be ‘pen pals’ with our members who
are of ‘grandparent age,’ and then will meet their Secret
Buddy after worship on April 19th. We are seeking adult
volunteers to be a Buddy to one of our church children
as soon as possible. This way, we can get our children
and adults paired up and ready to start the program in
early March. Please let Tonia know if you are interested
in participating. She may be reached at toniawallner@

was last year, that this will be a rewarding experience for
both the children and the adults.

The 2015 ASP Mission Team is preparing for their trip to Appalachia.
They will be departing on June 20th. A good portion of the next four
months will be spent fundraising, team bonding, and learning basic
home repair skills. You too can participate on our mission with
prayers and words of encouragement and by continuing to support
our fundraising efforts. On March 1st, Auction Dinner Donation
Solicitations begin. Be thinking about what you might be willing to
donate to this year’s auction. Together we will make a difference as
agents of God’s love.
