Camp Director Rick Harrison Coach Harrison is entering his sixth season as head coach of the Norchester Bulldog Sr. Legion baseball team. The Bulldogs have compiled a record of 130-53 the past 5 seasons, winning the regular season title in 2010 and Play-off Championship in 2011 and 2014. The Bulldogs also qualified for regional tournament 3 seasons. Prior to becoming the Norchester Sr. legion coach, Coach Harrison has coached within the Spring-Ford School District for 10 seasons and the past six seasons as the head coach of Oley Valley High School in Berks County. During the previous 16 summers, Coach Harrison has also coached legion baseball. He has enjoyed a great deal of success while winning 2 state titles and qualifying for the play-offs every season, compiling an overall record of 398-139. He is also a Health and Physical Education teacher in the Spring-Ford Area School District. Through his years of playing and coaching, Coach Harrison has learned a great deal about the game of baseball and how to teach winning baseball to young players. He has coached baseball at all levels, from Little League through high school and senior legion. The goal of this camp is to teach fundamental baseball skills, to provide an environment where young players will be able to play the game and have fun. There will be daily instruction, drills and games that promote the game of baseball and more importantly, having fun.
