Welcome to Coach Osbeck’s Baseball Camp. We are very
excited to have you as part of our summer camp. During this
week of camp you will learn the fundamentals of hitting,
fielding, and pitching, as well as overall baseball conditioning
and base running. In the mornings you will be taught the
fundamentals and then put your new talents to use during
simulated games. I believe in teaching kids how to play the
game of baseball the “right” way! It is our goal to work hard,
learn a lot, and most importantly, have fun!
Zach Osbeck
Coach Osbeck is in his 12th
year as Head Coach of the
Bishop Snyder Cardinal Baseball team. Before coming to
BJS, Coach spent 7 years as
an assistant at Wolfson High
School. He graduated from
Jacksonville University where
he played baseball from 19931997 and was named Team
Captain in 1997. Coach Osbeck also serves as the head
coach for the 9U Tigers.

Each camper is provided a camp T-shirt. Concessions

for the 11U Five Star Tigers
Easton. He Pitched collegiately
at St. Johns River Community
College He Played in high school
at NB Forrest High School in Jacksonville.
The undersigned parent, guardian or legal representative
hereby consents to the participation of
___________________________ (name of child) in
Coach Osbeck’s Baseball Camp and all of its associated
activities.For and in consideration of the child being allowed to participate in this camp and other valuable consideration, the undersigned parent, guardian or legal representative on behalf of the child and the child’s parents,
personal representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin do
hereby release and hold harmless, Coach Osbeck’s Baseball Camp; all organizers of this camp; all volunteers,
chaperones, employees, and agents of the said parties;
Five Star Baseball; and their personal representatives or
assigns from any loss or damage on account of any injury
to the personal or the personal property of the child, or
death caused by negligence or otherwise, while the said
child is engaged in the above-stated camp and any activities of the camp.
The undersigned expressly agrees that this release waiver,
and indemnity agreement is intended to be as broad and
inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Florida
and that if any portion of this agreement is held invalid, it
is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue
in full legal force and effect. The undersigned parent,
guardian or legal representative further acknowledges that
he/she is authorize to enter this agreement on behalf of
the child, the child’s parents, personal representatives,
assigns, heirs and next of kin.
I further authorize any representative of this camp to obtain medical treatment or my child in the unlikely event of
an injury or illness during this program and I agree to pay
any expenses incurred for such treatment.

Doug Ramsey
Doug is the pitching Coach at
Bishop John J. Snyder High School.
He Pitched collegiately at JU and
led the Dolphins in appearances
and saves from 1992-1994. Coach
played in high school at Englewood
High School and was the 1991
Times Union and Gateway Conference Player of the Year. Doug is the Area Developer/
