NWUCA GENERAL MEETING
Be our guest for dinner at our February meeting! We will open with a brief overview of the
insurance programs offered through membership in our association; NWUCA’s Insurance
Dividend program through Bitco Insurance (4th straight year dividends have been returned!), our
Health Insurance program through the SCE Insurance Exchange, and our supplemental benefits
program offered through Allstate Benefits.
Representatives from the City of Portland’s Bureau of Environmental Services and Procurement
Services will follow with a discussion of the use of clay pipe on their upcoming projects, traffic
control specifications, and increased utilization of MWESB subcontractors on projects.
