Job: Technology applications coordinator in enrollment services.
Joined SRU: 2002.
Background: I am a Pittsburgh native married to a beautiful ‘Nuyorican’ – a New York Puerto Rican. We have five multitalented and very successful children. On a personal level, my
hobbies are personal fitness, reading, listening to music and
watching action and quirky movies.
Person(s) I’d like to have dinner with: I would like to
invite these individuals to my home for a rib dinner picnic: one
of the most influential persons in human history, Jesus Christ;
Martin Luther King, Jr. – he goes without saying for me; and
Rene Descartes – he is one of my favorite philosophers.
Why I work at The Rock: I have worked at Slippery Rock
University longer than any of my previous institutions. It’s a
pleasure to be a part of this professional community and work
with such warm and gracious people. In spite of my commute to
and from Monroeville, I have enjoyed working here. I have been
afforded many opportunities to grow because of the professional and personal relationships I’ve developed.
