Genesis M1X Power Unit The pump provides the speed and momentum that drives your hydraulic rescue

HOSES /HOSE REELS
Genesis OSC One Step Couplers Compatability
No proprietary designs here. Older systems using the traditional twin line hoses can be
easily retro fitted to the OSC coupler eliminating the need to purchase new rescue tools
to receive this feature. Other manufacturers are also using this same coupling moving
the industry closer to standardization of an interchangeable coupling between different
brands of rescue tools. Genesis is the first to give us a coupling that can be retrofitted
to old and new tools alike no matter what brand of rescue tool you are using. Unlike the
proprietary single coupling design offered by the competition, Genesis OSC does not
require that you replace all your existing rescue tools to receive this unique feature.
It can be added at any time to any existing rescue tool making the switch
to Genesis OSC significantly more cost effective.
Hot Swappable
The ability to “swap” rescue tools while the hydraulic line is charged
or “hot” gives rescue personnel extra seconds, and man power when
they matter. No longer does the operator require that the pump be
disengaged before switching to another tool i.e. ram. Instead, the
operator can disconnect the tool they are using, and reconnect a different
tool without ever touching the pump or needing a pump operator.
Twin Line
In staying with the traditional twin line system, the OSC coupler from Genesis
has the best of both worlds. First, it allows rescue personnel to easily upgrade
their existing equipment with this new technology without having to purchase all
new equipment. Second, it allows rescue personnel the ability to easily inspect
their pressure and return lines for signs of wear and tear. This is extremely
important as small undetected leaks can cause loss of performance in the tool,
but more importantly it can cause safety hazards for the operator. Finally, the
hose is allowed to swivel taking out any kinks in the hose lines during operation.
This makes the equipment much more comfortable for the operator to use.

The eForce battery operated tools are a great compliment to your existing gas driven hydraulics.
The eForce tools provide you with a self-contained, portable, low-profile system that utilizes a
commercially available battery. It features a safety on/off button and is easily controlled by a fingeroperated deadman control.
The mechanical ram attachment provides ram capability increasing the spreading distance of the
combi tool by 15”. The mechanical ram easily attaches on scene by two speed pins and packs easily
in the compartment. With one tool you have the versatility of three tools in one — cutter, spreader and
ram.

Hand Vario The Hand Vario is a self-contained forcible entry tool. Primarily
designed as a first response tool for vehicle rescue, it is also a
valuable resource for structural collapse and confined space
rescue. With no need of a power unit, the Hand Vario can be
used in nearly all environments. The Hand Vario weighs only
22 lbs. making it easy to transport, yet has as much spreading
and cutting force as most full size combination tools. The First
Responder Hand Vario comes with a removable shoulder strap

High Pressure Lifting Bags 8.0 Bar Sava high-pressure lifting bags are Kevlar cord reinforced.
The patented construction utilizes a state-ofthe- art design
and guarantees an excellent operation and high lifetime.
Metal parts are solid brass. The bags are thin, light and
simple for use. A special dimpled surface assures a good
gripping even when two bags are stacked on top of each
other. There are fifteen sizes of lifting bags available both
square and rectangular shape with a lifting capacity
between one and 64 tons. The application range of Sava
standard lifting bags is further expanded by the industrial
lifting bags and custom-made bags for special applications,
respectively.

Air Bags High Pressure
Flat-Form Lifting Bags 8.0 Bar Flat Bags are perfected standard lifting bags. Due to the construction the entire bag
surface lifts evenly providing a constant lifting force independent of the lifting height. The
levelled bag surface provides a larger contact surface and an improved safety during use,
especially when two or even three bags are placed one top of each other. These bags are
made from an excellent wear resistant rubber compound and are Kevlar kord reinforced.
The lifting performance graphs, which with the classic lifting bags sometimes were rather
complicated, are therefore no longer required.
