1 Whisk sugar, cocoa and milk in a small saucepan.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook,
stirring, for 5 minutes or until smooth and slightly

Canola Spread in a small saucepan over medium
heat. Add flour and cook, stirring, for 1 minute
or until bubbling. Gradually whisk in milk until
smooth and combined. Cook, stirring, for
2–3 minutes or until thickened. Remove from
heat. Stir in Bega Country Light Tasty Grated
Cheese 50% Less Fat and two-thirds of the
chives until sauce is melted and smooth.
2 Grill bread on both sides until toasted. Spread
1 side of each slice of toast with mustard.
Spread with cheese sauce. Grill for 3 minutes or
until golden.

medium heat for 5 minutes or until warmed
through. Top Welsh rarebit with Weight

Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
3 Lightly spray a medium non-stick frying pan
with oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add
one-quarter of the egg mixture. Swirl to coat
base. Cook for 1–2 minutes or until almost set.
Scatter over one-quarter of the mushroom
mixture. Fold omelette in half and transfer to
a serving plate. Cover with foil to keep warm.
Repeat with remaining egg and mushroom
mixtures to make 3 more omelettes. Spread toast
with remaining Weight Watchers Canola Spread.

1 Preheat oven to 220°C or 200°C fan-forced.
Lightly spray a 20cm ring tin with oil. Place 15g
Weight Watchers Canola Spread, plain flour and
sugar in a small bowl. Using fingertips, rub in spread
until mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs.
Stir in almonds. Set aside.
2 Place self-raising flour and remaining
Weight Watchers Canola Spread in a large bowl.
Using fingertips, rub in spread until mixture
resembles coarse breadcrumbs. Stir in Ski Soleil
Mixed Berry Yoghurt. Knead dough on a lightly
floured surface until smooth. Roll dough into
a 42cm-long log. Arrange in tin, pressing ends to join.
Flatten dough so it just touches tin edges.
3 Dollop Weight Watchers Strawberry Fruit Spread
over dough. Top with strawberries and sprinkle with
almond mixture. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until
golden and firm to touch. Set aside in tin for
5 minutes. Turn out onto a wire rack lined with
baking paper, then turn immediately onto a serving
plate. Serve warm or cold.

Spread and thin slices of fresh apricot or peach

golden and cheese has melted.
2 Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, coriander and

3 Cut quesadillas into wedges and serve with
