ISRI PNW will provide a refund equal to 50% of the registration fee for registration cancellations made from January 13th th through January 29 (less applicable credit card fees). ISRI will not provide any refund for cancellations made on or after January 30th. The President of the PNW chapter may implement reasonable changes to this policy at any time on a case-by-case basis.
