3rd Annual - Bryant Bronco 5k Stampede
Be Race Day Ready!
Make sure you know everything you need before the race. Please take the time to
read through the Final Information and Parking document! Stop by the Packet Pickup at the Mary Bryant Elementary from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM (February 27) if you
have any questions! Get ready, it's going to be an amazing event!

Packet Pickup
Packet Pickup will be Friday evening (February 27) from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the
multi-purpose room at Mary Bryant Elementary. Pick up your race number/bib,
goodie bag and t-shirt. Photo ID is required to pick up your bib. There is limited
race day packet pick up.

Race Day
Head to Mary Bryant Elementary for all of your pre-race needs! Please arrive AT
LEAST 45 minutes before the race start time. We will have a medical tent and
portable toilets.
Race Route
The race route is a fast, flat route that is largely out and back on the southbound
lanes of Race Track Road. The race starts behind Mary Bryant Elementary School.
After exiting the Bryant parking lot, runners take a right on Nine Eagles Drive and
then another right Race Track Road (less than .1 mile on Nine Eagles Drive).
Runners will proceed south on Race Track Road. There will be two way race traffic
between Bay Care medical building (Stowbridge Avenue) and the turnaround point
at Linebaugh/Forest Lakes. Please stay to the left side of the road. There will be a
water station on your left after the turnaround. On the return, just prior to the Bay
Care Medical Building, runners will take a left on Stonebridge Avenue. You will
remain on Stonebridge avenue taking a sharp right turn at the end of the homes.
This final stretch is just over .2 miles into the finish line which will be in the faculty
parking lot next to the start line. Please see the route map below.
Race Day Parking
Primary parking for the race will be in the parking lot of Farnell Middle School. This
parking lot will close by 7:45 AM and remain closed until the last runner finishes
(approximately 9:15 AM). If you must leave prior to 9:15 AM, please park in front of
Mary Bryant or at the dirt parking lot next to The Grille at Westchase.

Race Corral
Participants should be in the race corral by 7:50 AM for final race instructions and
the singing of the national anthem. We will have runners/walkers of all levels of
ability at the race. Runners expecting to a time of 24 minutes or faster, please line
up at the front of the race Corral. Runners expecting a time between 24 minutes
and 30 minutes should line up in the second staging area. Runners expecting a
time of between 30 and 40 minutes should line up in the third staging area.
Walkers and runners expecting a time of over 40 minutes should line up at the end
of the staging area. Anyone with a jog stroller should be at the end of the corral.
As a reminder, dogs/pets are not allowed.
Race Day Registration
Have a friend that still wants in? There are still spots left. Race day registrations
will continue to be $25 per adult runner (18 and older) and $15 per child runner (17
and younger) as long as t-shirts last.
Race Photos
We will have photographers taking action pictures and post race pictures. All the
photos will be uploaded to http://photo.walgreens.com. The photos are free in
digital form or you can pay to have them professionally printed by Walgreens. The
user name to login is [email protected] and the password is broncos5k.
Photos should be posted by Monday, March 2.
Race Results
Race times and results will be posted online at active.com and on the
http://bryantbronco5kstampede.com website. Results should be posted by 7 PM
Saturday night.
Post-Race and Awards
Music will be playing and there will be snacks and water after the race. Several of
our sponsors will also have tents setup. Awards will being at approximately 9:45
AM. All runners under 18 years old will receive medals. There will be top three
male and top three female runners in each of the following age groups. We will
also have first, second, and third place overall male; first, second, and third place
overall female; first place overall male 5-19, and first place overall female 5-19.
