KAILASH & MANASAROVER YATRA INFORMATION
VISA & DOCUMENTATION: You must be in possession
of valid passport for at least 6 months. We will
obtain your visa for Tibet. We request you to follow
informations when making your reservation ● Full
name as it appears in your passport ● Passport number
● Date of expiry ● Place of issue ● Nationality ● Date of
birth ● Occupation ● Two passport size photographs
are also required ● Getting a Visa for Tibet on the
Indian passport is guaranteed once the yatris is booked

WEATHER: Weather conditions from April to
September in Tibet, can be expected to be dry
and sunny, with precipitates in July and August.
Daytime temperatures can be as high as 22oC in
Tibet. The average daily temperature will be 10oC,
however, the intense sun at high altitude can make
it feel even hotter. At this time of year there is an
incredible drop in temperature from early afternoon
to evening time. At night-time it will drop as low as
0 to -10oC at altitudes of 5,000 meters, our highest
camp during the Parikrama.
BRIEFING: There will be a briefing of the programme
on the next day of your arrival in Kathmandu. It is very
important that all participants attend this briefing.
ACCLIMATIZATION: This is an environment related
condition that can affect anyone who ascends too rapidly to
high elevations without acclimatizing properly.
HEALTH & FITNESS: Please start to get in shape now.
A One hour daily walking & Jogging, stretching and regular
exercise should put you in the right shape. Also consult
with any yoga master for breathing exercise and etc...

● A truck will be provided for luggage & all camping
equipment and food supplies ● Our highly experienced
staff will be responsible for all camping & cooking
arrangements.
ACCOMODATION: Accommodation in Nyalam, Dongba &
Darchan lodges. The room at these places are very basic
without any modern amenities. (Other than rooms, mud
houses will be provided while camping) While camping
we will be provide you mattresses, sleeping bags and
camping equipment required for the trip, except for
personal clothing.
RESPONSIBILITY: All arrangements within Tibet are solely
at the discretion of the China Tibet Tourism Bureau,
a Government Organization. Sri Annapoorani Yatra
Service reserves the right to change itineraries without
notice, depend on the weather, road & political conditions.
We are not liable & responsible for any damages or extra
expenses that may arise from mishaps & the loss of their
belongings during the pilgrimage.
OXYGEN: One oxygen big cylinder will be provided in each
vehicle during the entire Yatra. Please note that oxygen is
to be used only in case of emergency.
FOOD & BEVERAGES: We will be providing Veg. break fast
and dinner cooked by our Cook & Sherpas at campsite.
You will be required to bring sufficient supplementary
food like Chocolates, biscuits, nuts, pickles, savories &
your favourite tinned products to add variety to the meals
● Please avoid oily food items during yatra.
GUIDE/ESCORT: English / Hindi speaking guide will escort
the group throughout the yatra in Kathmandu and Tibet.

Temple. Night stay at Pokhara.

Fly from Pokhara to Jomsom by Flight.
Proceed to Mukthinath Temple and Holy
bath then drive to stay at Jomsom.

Jomsom to Pokhara by Flight. Then
sight seeing at Pokhara & night stay.

COMMUNICATION: In Tibet & China, the network
connection will be available if you activate international
roaming in your mobile. During Yatra in Tibet, China
Telecom booth facilities is available to make ISD calls.
CLOTHINGS: Clothing for both extremes of climate &
temperature. While driving to Kailash, it will be warm
inside the vehicle and light clothing will be required, but
as soon as you step out of the vehicle, warm clothing
will be required to keep off the cold winds of the Tibetan
Plateau. Evening will be generally cold and warm clothing
will be required.
