On or about March 1st,
2015, the Chippewa
Cree Tribe- Tribal Water
Resource Department
will submit a request to
the U.S. Department of
Housing and Urban Development, as applicable on
behalf of Chippewa Cree
Tribe for the release of
Indian Community Development Block Grant under
Section 104 (g) of Title I of
the Housing and Community Development Act
of 1974, as, to undertake
a project known as Smallsville Water System
Improvement Project, for
the purpose the proposed
activities are to i improve
the water and wastewater
infrastructure in the Parker
School to Smallville area.
The project is to benefit
the residents in this area
with adequate and safe
drinking water, improve
Wastewater operations
and improve both ground
water and surface water
quality. The project will
include Phase 1- Water
Infrastructure Improvements and Phase IIWastewater Infrastructure
Improvements. The project consists of construction of a 50,000 gallon
storage tank, booster
station and approximately
2.0 miles of 6-inch Watermain; also would be a
community wastewater
system for the 7 homes.
Chippewa Cree Tribe of
the Rocky Boy’s Indian
Reservation requests the
assistance from the U.S.
Department of Housing
and Urban Development,
Office of Native American
Programs for FY 2012
Indian Community Development Block Grant funds
in the amount of $900,000
in addition to ensuring that
all funds identified will be
available to complete the
project, will provide leveraged funds in the amount
of $461,572.00 from
the Chippewa Cree Tribe’s
On-Reservation Water
Development Fund.

evaluate the City’s two 3
Million Gallon Water Storage Facilities and provide
preliminary engineering,
design and construction
services for improvements
to the Storage Facilities.
The services to be provided will include, but are
not limited to:
1. Evaluating the condition of the existing tanks
structural integrity and
exterior and interior coating systems.
2. Preparing a detailed
analysis of the storage
facilities existing structural
integrity and condition of
the coating systems, and
providing recommendations of supplying water to
the city during construction. The engineer will
develop recommendations regarding possible
improvements of the
existing storage facilities
including supplying water
during construction and alternative analysis of each
proposed improvement
including cost estimates.

utilize the selected engineer for final design and

sale is a public sale and
any person, including the
beneficiary, excepting only
the Trustee, may bid at
the sale. The bid price
must be paid in cash. The
conveyance will be by a
Trustee’s Deed, made
“as is,” without representations or warranties,
express or implied, including warranties of title, possession or encumbrances.
The purchaser shall be
entitled to possession of
the property on the 10th
day following the sale.
The sale may be postponed up to 15 days for
any reason by public proclamation at the scheduled
sale. If there is a stay by
bankruptcy or court order,
the sale may be postponed up to 30 days at a
time by public proclamation, for a total of no more
than 120 days.
The grantor, successor in
interest to the grantor, or
any other person having
an interest in the property,
at any time prior to the
Trustee’s Sale, may pay to
the beneficiary the entire
amount then due under
the Trust Indenture and
the obligation secured
thereby (including costs
and expenses actually
incurred and attorney’s
fees) other than such
portion of the principal as
would not then be due had
no default occurred and
thereby cure the default
theretofore existing.
