No. 2227/W2 Applicants are expected to have international research experience as well as a successful track record in acquiring external funding and carrying out externally-funded projects. Her/his record of academic publication and teaching experience should testify to a focus on African languages in their social and cultural settings, relating to two different African language families at least.
