Below please find details of the enrollment for the school year 2015/2016. Our school graduates (boys) who graduate with qualified conduct and academic results can be transferred to Yuet Wah College directly. 1 2 3 Classes Open for Application Submission of Application Form Required Items a. Primary 1 and Class 1 (boy and girl students) Application form should be submitted along with the required items to your child class teacher by Wednesday, 11th February, 2015. a. A completed application form b. Two recent 2” X 1 1⁄2” photos (one stuck on the completed application form) c. A self-addressed and stamped (Mop$ 2) envelope in size of 4” X 9” d. Photocopy of the following documents: > Macau ID or valid Macau Residence Certificate > Recent academic transcript 4 Written Exam > Student card (Together with a photocopy of ID card in the same paper in size of A4) > Baptismal Certificate (for catholic students only) 7th March, 2015, between 2:30 pm and 4:30 pm (Saturday) Candidates should bring the Admission Slip and arrive at our school 30 minutes before the exam starts. 5 6 Subjects to be Examined Interview Chinese, English and Mathematics 14th March, 2015 (Saturday morning) Candidates who have passed their written exam will be notified of their interview time via SMS and the admission lists will be published on our official website simultaneously. 7 Notification of Admission Qualified candidates will receive their Admission Letter and Payment Slip by post.
