The aerospace firm will occupy over three acres in a free standing building located within the Fort Service Providers Lauderdale Commerce Center at 3600 NW 54th Street. The building will be used primarily for the distribution of aircraft parts and house the Material Solutions Sales Office. Accounting Daniel Heisler, Vice President of Brokerage Services for Adler Realty Services (ARS), represented Chromalloy in finding and negotiating the lease. Tom O’Loughlin and Larry Genet with CBRE represented owner KTR Capital. Brokers Chromalloy is a billion dollar company with locations in 17 counties around the world and provides the airline industry with a broad range of aftermarket services for the military, industrial and marine gas turbine markets.
